Ervaar de oude Maya-beschavingen en geniet van de historische verlichting door uw persoonlijke professionele gids. Wandel door de Sun God Temple en voel "op de top van de wereld" of neem het licht en wandel gewoon door de pleinen en verwonder je over deze antieke tempels. Aan het einde van je rondleiding kun je met je gids souvenirs kopen ter plekke en je ook meenemen naar een lokale lunch voordat je teruggaat naar je afleverpunt.
Op weg naar of van de ruïnes wordt je naar het Belize-tekenmonument gebracht om een paar onvergetelijke foto's te maken.
Je kunt ervoor kiezen om het feest vroeg te beginnen door te stoppen bij de rumfabriek op weg naar de ruïnes of om het bij je terugkeer te doen. Hoe je het ook doet; je ervaring zal onvergetelijk zijn terwijl je geniet van meerdere proeverijen en monsters van de verschillende lokale rum, wijnen, cognac en nog veel meer. Je maakt ook een korte wandeling door het museum; waar je de geschiedenis van de fabriek en het maken van rum in het vroege en huidige Belize leert kennen. * SPECIALE OPMERKING: De rumfabriek is GESLOTEN op zondag en bepaalde feestdagen en feestdagen in Belize, en daarom zullen we deze halte vervangen door een volledige Belize City-tour. Percy was a great tour guide! He was extreme flexible and accommodating towards us! He took us to everything we wanted to see and provided great information. He even gave us a great recommendation and took us to an awesome lunch spot. I would highly recommend to anyone who is interested in!

The experience was not very good as the guides did not speak in Spanish just one word or another. I can highlight their effort to talk about it. The reason I chose this is because of the Spanish language option. It's a hoax.

Percy was an amazing guide! He took the time to explain the history of Altun Ha and the country of Belize as well. The ruins themselves are impressive and you can feel the history of the site. The Belize sign was just a great photo opportunity! And the Travelers Rum Factory was a good time, plus interesting to see the bottle production through the viewing window. We did pay extra to add ziplining to our tour, but this was amazing. The guides Manuel and Wilfredo (Fred) were fun patient with us 2 scared ladies. Again, Percy was awesome and it was a fantastic tour!

Our tour guide was Jeff, he was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, funny and took great care of us. Although it was a long ride there and back, Jeff kept us occupied with deep knowledge of the country, city and places that we visited. More than that, Jeff made us feel safe, and kept us on time. The Ruins are absolute must see, you could truly sense the history and the property is very well maintained and unadulterated.

Jeff our guide met us when we get off the ship. He drove us to the ruins the whole time giving us information about Belize and the ruins. We beat the buses so we had the whole place almost to ourselves. He gave a great review of the site and history of the Mayan people. On the way back to ship we had our tequila tasting and he gave us the tour of the place. The tequila was good. Highly recommend this tour.
