- Alle bezoekers moeten hun schouders en knieën bedekken om de musea te betreden
- Tijdens drukke periodes kan het zijn dat het aantal bezoekers toeneemt en dat de wachttijden voor veiligheidscontroles en het verplicht afhalen van de Vaticaanse hoofdtelefoons langer worden.
- Houd er rekening mee dat de tickets voor deze tour van de wachtrij zijn en niet van de skip-the-line tickets.
- Vanwege de regels in de Sixtijnse Kapel mogen gidsen niet spreken. Daarom zal de gids uitleg geven over de betekenis van de Sixtijnse Kapel en de kunstwerken terwijl de groep in de rij staat om de Vaticaanse Musea binnen te gaan. De gids zal u nog steeds begeleiden in de Sixtijnse Kapel, maar er kan geen verder commentaar worden gegeven als u eenmaal binnen bent.
- Tijdens Sede Vacante kan de Sixtijnse Kapel sluiten zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving voor het Pauselijk Conclaaf. De toegang is niet gegarandeerd en er worden geen terugbetalingen verstrekt voor dergelijke sluitingen.
- Restauratiewerkzaamheden aan Het Laatste Oordeel van Michelangelo vinden plaats in 2026. De Sixtijnse Kapel blijft open, maar steigers kunnen de altaarmuur gedeeltelijk of volledig blokkeren. Er worden geen restituties verstrekt voor restauratiewerkzaamheden, steigers of onaangekondigde sluitingen door het Vaticaan.
- Houd er rekening mee dat deze tour niet rolstoel- of scootertoegankelijk is vanwege de aanwezigheid van talloze trappen door de musea. Helaas zijn er geen liften beschikbaar voor gebruik.

The tour was excellent. Our guide was very knowledgeable and patient. He answered all our questions and kept a good pace.
This company did not tells us the streets were closed because of protests, and we were unable to get transportation to meeting point. They would not refund us any portion of our payment. We tried walking and running for 40 minutes to the location since we could not get transportation. We arrived in Rome the day of our tour . How did we know about 300,000 people protesting ? Very unkind customer service and greedy operator. Use another tour operator that has a heart.

I have lived in Rome for many years and have visited many times the museums and the chapel, but due to bad feedback years ago, I had decided not to book the guided service anymore.
