Waag je in John’s favoriete pub waar Paul zijn Carpool Karaoke optreden deed. Uitgeroepen tot 's werelds meest sierlijke pub.
Kom langs de scholen en hogescholen waar bandleden aanwezig waren en waar John als tiener woonde. En bekijk de twee kathedralen van Liverpool - waarvan er één waar Paul als schooljongen ‘niet goed genoeg was om bij het koor te komen’!
Vervolgens dwalen we bergafwaarts de stad in en kun je de sfeer proeven van waar de jongens in hun begindagen speelden en waar ze vertrokken voor hun beruchte eerste periode in Hamburg, evenals de locatie van een mislukte auditie in het voorprogramma.
We vervolgen onze weg richting de stad via het eerste kunstcentrum van Europa, waar ooit een tentoonstelling van Yoko Ono werd gehouden. En dan komen we aan in Matthew Street.
Welkom in het Beatles-mekka - Mathew St! De thuisbasis van de Cavern beroemd gemaakt door The Fab Four We kunnen naar de Wall of Fame kijken, foto's maken met het standbeeld van John Lennon, het Hard Day's Night Hotel bekijken, het nieuwe standbeeld van Brian Epstein en de pas langs de pubs die bezocht werden door de Fab Four en hun manager voordat ze definitief afscheid nemen van Matthew St via het beeldhouwwerk van Eleanor Rigby.
Optie om Cavern Club binnen te gaan terwijl je in Mathew St. bent. De volgorde/duur van de tour kan worden aangepast aan je bezoek aan de locatie waar de jongens meer dan 250 keer speelden. Ervaar de drukte terwijl je de trap afdaalt naar wat waarschijnlijk de beroemdste muzieklocatie ter wereld is.
Een geheime halte! Niet vaak bezocht door tours of bezoekers en ik zal het fenomeen ontdekken van wat een belangrijk keerpunt was voor de band die de wereld opschudde.
Kom langs het stadhuis waar ze verschenen op het balkon ter hoogte van Beatlemania!
Uiteindelijk gaan we naar Liverpool’s majestueuze waterkant. Onderweg krijgt u inzicht in waarom deze geweldige stad het centrum van maritieme handel werd tijdens het Britse Rijk. En hoe het de Merseybeat sound beïnvloedde die synoniem werd met de stad. We komen aan bij het gigantische Beatles standbeeld in de schaduw van drie gebouwen die Liverpool en zijn erfgoed verpersoonlijken. Nog een fantastische fotostop voordat we de tour beëindigen, en we begeleiden je terug naar waar je moet zijn.
Zie bezienswaardigheden uit de John Lennon film ‘Nowhere Boy’. Deze halte is inbegrepen als u met de trein naar Lime Street komt, en kan worden opgenomen in andere tours als de tijd het toelaat. Wandelsnelheid en start/finish punten zullen de volgorde/flow van de tour en eindpunt veranderen.

Jenna did a fantastic job! From the planning to finding the best spots in Liverpool. Our daughter is Beatles fan and she had an amazing time! We came from London, Jenna was there at the train station, we lived every minute of it!

Jenna was very knowledgeable and personable...very easy to be with. Saw little known places and offered details only a scouse would know. As she was telling us about the Silver Beatles last gig at the Blue Angle pub before heading off to Hamburg, the owner came out and Jenna was able to get us inside to see the actual stage. Just a wonderful experience.

Jen was an incredible tour guide. She was born and raised in Liverpool and is intimate with the city and its history. If she doesn’t have an answer for your question, she will find it and get back to you. The tour [started at Lime St] took us throughout the city center from cultural landmarks such as the Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral [home of the Catholic archdiocese], the Liverpool Anglican Cathedral [rejected Paul McCartney as a choirboy] and the Chinatown arch [largest arch outside of China]; to the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts [founded by Paul McCartney and friend], numerous Beatles history along the way [band members, families, and managers as various venues were viewed], the intentional design of buildings and ancient roads, and ended at the Beatles statue at Albert Dock. If you are up to walking and talking, and want to learn about the Beatles and the city of Liverpool, this tour is for you. There are a plethora of restaurants at the dock to choose from to recharge your battery after the tour. Rudy's pizza was good, but recommend two people sharing as it is larger than a personal size pizza. The steak at Gusto received rave reviews.

Jenna was fabulous! She took us on a well comprehensive and fun Beatles journey all around Liverpool. She was knowledgeable and full of a lot of information about the Beatles and Liverpool. You could tell she really loves what she does! Very energized and full of life as we climbed up and down stairs, all around Liverpool. She knew where the best bathrooms which was nice to know! V pleased my friend booked this tour for our group during visit to Liverpool for the football. Guide was super knowledgeable, it blew me away and made Beatles early days come to life - plus how the city has changed over the decades and its history is intertwined with the band. Very clever.
