Geniet van de landelijke landschappen en handycraft tour door de straten van de hoofdstad van Maleisië vanuit Kuala Lumpur te verlaten. Bezoek een van de meest geliefde heiligdommen van het land, gelegen in de Batu Caves, en zie hoe twee van de traditionele ambachten van het land worden gemaakt tijdens haltes bij de Koninklijke fabriek in Selangor Pewter, snelle stop bij de rubberboomplantage en een batikcentrum. Batu-grotten zijn een van de grootste toeristische attracties van het land en een pelgrimsoord voor hindoes uit de hele wereld. Bewonder het kolossale 140-voet goudgeschilderde beeld van Lord Murugan, gemaakt van gewapend beton en ga de uitdaging aan door 242 treden naar de top te lopen en de Murugan-tempel in de grot te bezoeken. Deze levendige plaats van aanbidding is een must voor toeristen.
Maleisische Batik is batik textielkunst van Maleisië, vooral aan de oostkust van Maleisië. De meest populaire motieven zijn bladeren en bloemen. We brengen je naar Batik Chong voor een rondleiding over hoe Batik wordt gemaakt. Grijp deze kans om een stuk Maleisische handgemaakte batik terug te brengen als souvenir.
Royal Selangor is een Maleisische tinnenfabrikant en de grootste in zijn soort ter wereld. Gasten kunnen ook een foto maken met 's werelds grootste tinnen tank zoals erkend door het Guinness Book of Records. U krijgt de verschillende processen te zien die betrokken zijn bij de productie van tin zoals gieten, vijlen, polijsten, solderen, hameren en graveren.

We really enjoyed our tour to Batu Caves, Batik and Selangor Pewter. Our guide Fauzi picked us up in time and took us to each location explaining a little about each. What made our tour excellent was Fauzi’s knowledge about Malaysia’s history and present day. He shared so much interesting information as we drove to each location.

When you come to KL don't miss out the Batu caves. It's truly mystical, interesting and a beautiful place. Absolutely loved the waterfalls. The nature is magical there. I wish i could have spend more time there. Actually to me perfect tour would have been just the two. But that just me and my thight schedule. You get to see a lot on this tour. Rajan our tour guide was great. He was friendly and polite too. He shared his knowledge about Malaysian culture and was happy to answer all the questions.

Zaid (Way to KL), was a great communicator. I got all the info required. My driver was great, he helped take pictures and was all round pleasant to chat with. I loved the caves and factories we visited.

Only visited Kuala Lumpur for a couple days but this tour was enough to get me a sense of the place and some of the culture. Our driver Mr Aldran was great. Good use of 3 hours.

Solo travelling and in Malaysia for a few days; very worthwhile trip if you want to see a few things in one hit, also get to see some places that you wouldn't necessarily know about or go to. Tour guide is very knowledgeable and gives you plenty of time on your own at each location. V good 🇲🇾👌🏻🤙🏻

My luck would have it that upon arrival to KL, I was hit with the worst case of traveler's diarrhea one could imagine. I ended up having to postpone this Batu Caves & Countryside daytrip on short notice, but Mr. Zaid and the tour operators were so flexible, communicative, and understanding. They checked-in in me every day to make sure my condition was in fit shape for the daytrip and that I would be able to fully enjoy the trip. I really appreciated how much they cared. The overall trip was 3.5 hours long and it was efficient and organized. Our driver first took us to the Royal Selangor, which is a fascinating look at Malaysia's tin history and a great place to purchase one-of-a-kind tin souvenirs and home goods. Then we visited the majestic Batu Caves-- I highly recommend coming with long pants, shoudlers covered or a long skirt as well as with sneakers; otherwise, you will not be led up the steps into the Hindu temple inside the caves. Watching the monkeys on the hunt for food was an added entertainment as my group and I climbed the stairs. The final leg of our trip was a visit to the batek shop, which teaches visitors about traditional batek silk painting. Overall, everything was very informative and cool-- this is a trip anyone of any age would enjoy. Highly recommend.

Tour was awesome and our guide was very friendly and courteous. The caves were amazing and the factories were interesting as well.
