Onze pier is gelegen in het centrum van Parijs, in de buurt van Alma Bridge, met gemakkelijke toegang tot het openbaar vervoer en gratis parkeergelegenheid voor onze gasten. Vanaf 11.00 uur tot 30.30 uur ontvangt ons receptieteam u en geeft u alle informatie die u nodig heeft. Na ontvangst van uw instapkaart en menu, stapt u aan boord van de boot, waar ons Maître d’hôtel en serviceteam u naar uw tafel Gids en uw bestelling opnemen uit een selectie van voorgerechten, hoofdgerechten en desserts. Terwijl u geniet van uw aperitief, begint de cruise langs de Seine om 12u30. Bewonder iconische bezienswaardigheden zoals de Eiffeltoren, het Louvre, het Musée d'Orsay en de bruggen Alexandre III en Arts vanuit een uniek perspectief langs de rivier. Geniet tijdens de reis van attente service, een panoramisch uitzicht vanaf het bovendek en live accordeonmuziek. De cruise eindigt terug bij het vertrekpunt om 14:15 uur.

Het Hôtel de Ville in neorenaissancestijl in Parijs werd in de 19e eeuw herbouwd nadat het tijdens de Commune-heerschappij van 1871 was afgebrand. Tegenwoordig dient het als het stadhuis van Parijs.
Wat overblijft van het paleis van de eerste koningen van Frankrijk, werd de Conciergerie een gevangenis tijdens de Franse Revolutie.
Voorheen het île aux vaches (koeieneiland), hier vind je de mooiste 16e en 17e eeuwse huizen, grotendeels gebouwd door architect Le Vau.
De oudste stenen brug van Parijs, werd geopend in 1606. In het midden ziet u het ruiterstandbeeld van koning Henri IV, bijgenaamd Vert Galant (De Groene Gallant) vanwege zijn vele vrouwelijke veroveringen.
Met zijn gevel die verwijst naar zijn vroegere leven als spoorwegstation, gebouwd in 1900, dient het vandaag als een museum dat meesterwerken uit de 19e eeuw toont, en meer bepaald het werk van de impressionisten.
Herkenbaar aan de koepel versierd met fijn goud, werd het oorspronkelijk gebouwd als een ziekenhuis voor de oorlogsgewonden onder het bewind van Lodewijk XIV. Tegenwoordig herbergt het de tombe van Napoleon I en het Musée de l’Armée (militair museum).
Gebouwd voor de Wereldtentoonstelling van 1937, herbergt het verschillende musea (het Marinemuseum, het Museum van Franse Monumenten, het Museum van de Mens...)

While the welcome is perfect, the staff is very friendly, professional, and attentive, and the meal offers a very good quality/price ratio (including for the children's menu), it is unfortunate, to say the least, that the "routine" maintenance of the boat leaves much to be desired. We had this lunch cruise on a scorching day (35 to 40°C outside), and not only was the air conditioning too weak (if not nonexistent), but also nearly 1/3 of the ceiling blinds were missing, which made us feel like we were in a greenhouse. This is absolutely not normal and spoiled a good part of this day. These are lamentable savings and reflect a total lack of respect for the customer by the management of Bateaux Mouches. What a shame because, as mentioned above, the staff and the meal are very good, hence the "Average" rather than "mediocre" or even "Horrible."

Very good experience. Smiling staff who are attentive to your needs. Excellent food. Good value for money
The organization was terrible. We were hundreds of people waiting for a boat. They direct us to one door and open another, and in a small hallway, many people try to enter. We looked like cattle trying to enter the slaughterhouse. And then on the boat, you can't see any of the people that are there. I do not recommend this company at all.
We had a wonderful time with friends. The choice of dishes allowed my guests to enjoy according to their tastes. A big thank you to Clara, our main waitress, as well as to the entire team who contributed to the smooth running of this meal. A very good choice for celebrating my birthday. I recommend this option.
The ride had expectations, then it wasn't so much. At noon, on a sunny day the cabin was not equipped, air conditioning was lacking, too hot.
There is no guide to tell you what landmarks you are seeing, we liked that. The food was excellent and there was a man playing the piano, very peaceful.
I was looking for what to do in Paris and came up with this idea of taking a fly cruise on the scene
Beautiful weather, delicious end-to-end meals, very considerate cruise agents, very pleasant. Moment of sweetness and wonder. To do!
The tour was cancelled due to high river level but the tour operator was great with communication and refunded us in full without argument
When we arrived we were not on the list they have, but luckily they solved it and finally gave us the passes. Due to rain we couldn’t make the whole route, but also with all these unforeseen events, it was a very nice experience. I recommend it.
