You have to pick up your tickets with a different organization. Tickets were only available for pick up until 1:30 pm. We missed the timeframe the day before. When we went to collect the tickets, the day of the event, they had moved the pick up location. We were unable to pick up the tickets in time for our tickets and were not admitted in.
A little disappointing as firstly we were not given clear instructions of where to meet.While the guide was knowledgeable she was hard to hear at times and was a little flat in the delivery.Finally we were not told you would have to pay extra to go upstairs!Felt we could have got just as much from our visit on our own.
