Barranco E-fietstocht in Corralejo, ten noorden van Fuerteventura

Afstand: 38 km Ervaar de natuurlijke pracht van Fuerteventura en ontdek de verbazingwekkende diversiteit ervan tijdens onze Barranco Tour. We beginnen met het verkennen van de raadselachtige vulkanische zone, waar de geologische geschiedenis tot leven komt door indrukwekkende formaties. Vervolgens wagen we ons in het woestijngebied totdat we de mysterieuze Barranco bereiken, een oase van majestueuze kliffen en panoramische uitzichten die adembenemend zijn. Terwijl we richting Majanicho rijden, zul je versteld staan van het panoramische uitzicht op de North Shore, waar de schoonheid van het landschap samenvloeit met het blauw van de oceaan. Ga met ons mee op deze spannende reis en laat je betoveren door de natuurlijke schatten die Fuerteventura te bieden heeft.

Nadat we ongeveer 15 minuten vanaf de winkel hebben gereden, maken we een korte stop om informatie te geven over de vulkanen en de geografie van de plaats. Dit is ook een goed moment om wat foto’s te maken.

Koffiepauze in de Amiga Mia-bar (koffie niet inbegrepen in de tourprijs). Rijtijd van Calderón Hondo naar Lajares: 25/30 minuten Er zijn nog enkele andere snelle stops om informatie te verstrekken en foto's van het landschap te maken.
Na een paar minuten door een woestijnachtig gebied te hebben gereden, zetten we de fietsen op slot en lopen we over de Barranco terwijl de gids je wat nieuwsgierige informatie vertelt over deze geologische formatie. Rijtijd van Lajares naar dit punt: 25 minuten
Terug naar Lajares om het terugreisgedeelte van de tour te beginnen, in dit geval on-road. We maken een korte stop in Majanicho om informatie over het dorp te geven. Rijtijd op de weg: 15 minuten.
Korte stop om informatie te geven over dit specifieke strand en zijn rhodolieten. Rijtijd van Majanicho naar Corralejo: 25 minuten.

A very beautiful tour, mostly off-road. The guide was friendly and provided interesting explanations about Fuerteventura and the landscapes we passed through.
The bikes were perfectly fine and the guidance was superb. The trip was very nice, with several highlights such as Popcorn beach, the canyon and the stretch through the mountains.
We had the best time - tough cycling through the sand at points but fun - a few scraps n bruises but all worth it - Danielle was the perfect guide - full of info and facts along the way x would defo recommend xx

We booked this tour for our family, my wife, 11 year old daughter and myself. Daniele our tour guide was excellent, very friendly and accommodating of our group and tweaked the route to suit. It was just Daniele and us, no other folk, which was great. We really enjoyed the experience. It was our first time on e-bikes and they were brilliant, no complaints at all about the equipment. We stopped for coffee, smoothie and a chocolate brownie in Lajares... what a place, beautiful houses, and now i want to move there! I would definitely recommend the tour and will be doing it again if/when we come back. Thanks Daniele! 👍
Excellent highly recommend Brilliant Guide
I hired a gravel bike for three days. The bike was great, it was perfectly set up for me and very well maintained. Even better though were the staff, they were super friendly, gave me all the extra equipment I wanted and provide excellent destination and route information.
A really excellent experience and a great way to take in the landscapes at the north of the island. We went to the shop and discussed the various tours etc mainly because as a couple we had both an inexperienced and experienced rider. They gave lots of information and we saw the e-bikes so both of us felt confident to do the tour. On the day Nicole was our leader and she was excellent at managing the differing abilities of the group so that everyone got enjoyment. She also took us to a couple of great cafés on the ride, the one in Lajares doing a mean baked cheesecake. All in all we both really enjoyed the ride. The only thing I would flag up is the ride along the coast to Popcorn Beach is extremely rutted and you get bounced around quite a bit. It just takes a bit of getting used to if you don’t ride off road normally.
