Laten we ons eerst even voorstellen : wij zijn Inés & Juanjo, 2 echte lokale gidsen op Gran Canaria, oprichters van het bedrijf Sky Rebels in 2013. Bij ons gaat u de schoonheid van dit eiland ontdekken en ervaren met echte "lokale ogen". Je beleeft een reis in de tijd waarin je meer te weten komt over onze geschiedenis, cultuur en tradities, waarbij je ongelooflijke locaties verkent buiten de drukte. U ontdekt de spectaculaire Barranco de las Vacas, waar honderden jaren geleden water op onvoorstelbare manieren stroomde, de muren zo gebeeldhouwd dat het vandaag lijkt op een scène van een verre planeet. We bezoeken en vertellen je de geheimen van een verrassende verborgen grot, opgegraven door de eerste bewoners van het eiland. Deze geheime plek staat niet in de toeristische gidsen, dus maak je klaar om deze geweldige plek te ontdekken. En we sluiten af met een bezoek aan een schattig gehucht. U zult echte lokale dorpelingen ontmoeten en begrijpen waarom Gran Canaria een van de vriendelijkste plaatsen ter wereld is.

We eindigen onze route in een schattig Canarisch gehucht dat behoort tot de gemeente Agüimes. Hier kunt u prachtige landschappen ontdekken en zien hoe het leven op ons eiland doorgaat op plaatsen ver weg van het toerisme; tussen valleien, akkers en typisch Canarische architectuur.

Very disappointing experience!! We booked an activity. Subsequently, Sky Rebels itself contacted us to request the change of the date of the activity. We accepted this amendment in good faith to help them. On the day of the activity, when we tried to resolve a situation related to this change, the response was extremely unprofessional. There was no flexibility, they refused to wait for us and the telephone service was not friendly. After that, we requested the refund directly to the company, but we never got any response to our messages. We also filed a complaint with GetYourGuide, providing evidence that the date change was requested by Sky Rebels itself, but the refund was refused. What most disappointed us was the lack of communication, professionalism and willingness to find a solution to a problem that originated in an amendment requested by the company itself. Don't buy anything to this company!!! I just don't give 0 stars because it's not possible! We have been 1 month without answers and with less than 148€!!!
Esta avaliação refere-se a uma reclamação que apresentou contra a GetYourGuide. O dinheiro a que alega ter direito deve ser reclamado junto daquela plataforma, e não connosco. No entanto, uma vez que insiste em escrever avaliações negativas nos nossos perfis públicos, vamos dar-nos ao trabalho de provar que está a mentir. Vamos começar pela resposta rápida: - No dia da atividade, esperamos por si no ponto de encontro durante 10 minutos. Quando lhe ligámos, a sua resposta foi: "Acabei de acordar". Obviamente, não faríamos os outros participantes da atividade, que foram pontuais, esperar por si. Vamos aos detalhes: 1- No dia em que a atividade foi inicialmente planeada, estava também agendada a visita do Papa à ilha, o que fez com que as estradas estivessem encerradas, pelo que não pudemos realizar a excursão. Notificámo-lo dessa situação e oferecemos duas datas alternativas. Aceitou uma das opções e enviámos de imediato um e-mail de confirmação com a nova data (10 dias antes da excursão). No dia anterior à excursão, enviámos um e-mail de lembrete com o horário de embarque, a previsão meteorológica e as recomendações para a visita. No dia da excursão, enquanto aguardávamos o embarque, enviámos e-mails, mensagens SMS e mensagens de WhatsApp. Finalmente, atendeste a chamada com a frase "Acabei de acordar"... Que tal esta história da falta de comunicação... bem, isso é demais. Além disso, na reclamação que apresentou, alegou que não o informámos sobre a mudança com antecedência suficiente e que "se tinha esquecido". Depois, alegou que, quando ligámos, estava a caminho do ponto de encontro... Não só, mas numa conversa posterior, admitiu que, de facto, o tínhamos notificado com antecedência. Muitas contradições. 2- Se não estivesse satisfeito com a alteração da data, poderia ter cancelado a atividade; a GetYourGuide permite cancelamentos com até 24 horas de antecedência... portanto, a boa-fé deles... bem, isso também não parece muito correcto. O facto de nos terem ameaçado com um processo e até de nos terem chantageado dizendo "o problema será resolvido se lhe dermos um reembolso" também não parece ser um acto de boa-fé. 3- Fez a sua reserva através do GetYourGuide, e não diretamente com a nossa empresa. O GetYourGuide é um revendedor e é a empresa que recebe o pagamento, que depois nos passa (excepto a comissão de 30%, recorde-se). Isto significa que qualquer reclamação que queira fazer deve ser feita à GetYourGuide, e não a nós. 4- Esta plataforma negou o seu reembolso e também apagou o comentário que lá deixou, porque comprovámos que houve comunicação da nossa parte, que todo o processo foi devidamente registado e que foi você que não compareceu à atividade. Assim, presumimos que esta "falta de comunicação, profissionalismo e disponibilidade para encontrar uma solução" se refere ao tratamento que recebeu através do GetYourGuide, o que não é da nossa responsabilidade. A sua comunicação com o GetYourGuide não é da nossa conta. Em conclusão: Na Sky Rebels, lidamos sempre com todos os problemas possíveis com comunicação e eficiência. Não nos responsabilizamos por comunicações ou reclamações feitas através de revendedores. Lamentamos que se tenha "esquecido" da sua excursão agendada, mesmo após lhe termos enviado um lembrete no dia anterior. Atenciosamente, Sky Rebels

We had an absolutely fantastic morning trip with Sky Rebels Company, run by the wonderful Ines and Juan. From start to finish, the experience exceeded all expectations. They took us to beautiful, off-the-beaten-track locations that we would never have discovered on our own, which made the trip feel really special and unique. Both Ines and Juan were incredibly knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what they do. They shared interesting insights throughout, which added so much depth to the experience. The transport was also very comfortable, making the whole journey relaxed and enjoyable. Overall, it was a brilliantly organised trip with a personal touch. I would highly recommend Sky Rebels Company to anyone looking for something a little different and truly memorable.

Fantastic experience!! The guides were very prepared and were able to include the partecipants with fun tricks and in-depth explanations: it’s clear the passion and effort they put in this activity. Breathtaking views; everything was perfect!
Very nice trip with a lot of knowledge sharing. Ines and Juanjo are lovely and it's easy to tell they enjoy what they're doing.
I highly recommend it if you want to avoid the tourist crowds and see the hidden gems of the island, as well as gain knowledge about the island's history, the daily life of the locals, etc.
What a fantastic trip with Ines and Juanjo (and of course Lupita😊) you can really notice that they are locals with an in-depth knowledge mixed with a lot of humor😊we liked that we were only a small group of 6 people, it makes it much more intense, and really nice to see these beautiful places without a lot of tourists. We were on 2 trips: Barranco de las Vasas and Roque Nublo and both were Interesting and fantastic to experience. Very inclusive and knowledgeable guides with super humor.
It was very interesting and beautiful. Couple chauffeur (Juan) - guide Ines) very cultured: a lot of information about the history of Gran Canaria and the places were very well chosen. Their secret: they love their island! In addition, their touch of humor brings freshness to landscapes of great beauty but arid. Plus: Minivan 6 tourists max. Baranci de las Vacas: we were alone, no other tourists Visit a thousand-year-old cave: off the beaten track, no other visitors. No need to be sporty for this tour, but some flexibility needed for some corners of the cave Thanks.
