Voor het ophalen van de luchthaven hebben we uw vluchtnummer nodig, zodat we de aankomsttijd en terminal kunnen volgen. Uw chauffeur wacht u op bij de aankomsthal met een bordje met uw naam. Wanneer u onze diensten boekt, ontvangt u een e-mail met alle praktische informatie, waaronder de communicatiekanalen en een kort formulier om uw persoonlijke gegevens te verstrekken (zoals vluchtnummer, hoteladres, verblijfsduur en telefoonnummer met de communicatie-app van uw voorkeur – WhatsApp of Telegram).
