This was a very good experience. The driver was very helpful and friendly. Our group of five fit well along with all of our luggage.
The man that was at the airport did not bother to help me a woman in my 70s push the cart with four pieces of luggage to the taxi. After a long flight from the United States, he pulled us onto a three or 4 Lane St. and told us to get out. it would be impossible for us to cross the street to get to the hotel down the road. I said we paid you to get us to the hotel not near the hotel. He said I can’t turn off my car. I finally got him to take my big piece of luggage and my husband Struggled with his few pieces and amazing traffic. By the grace of God we did not get killed. Horrible attitude, very disappointed.

While we were an hour early for from our flight, they just happened to be there! Perfecto! I always use Viatour for my transportation
So sorry. We forgot our drivers name. But he was very friendly and courteous. Very patient also, as we were confused at the airport and he had to search for us. But we greatly appreciated the ride.
