- LET OP: Tijdens de werkzaamheden die momenteel plaatsvinden in Spotify Camp Nou, is het alleen mogelijk om het FC Barcelona Museum binnen te gaan. Het stadion is gesloten en niet te bezoeken.
- Barcelona City Tour: de route kan worden gewijzigd als gevolg van evenementen die in de stad worden gevierd (demonstraties, sport- en culturele evenementen, officiële handelingen...) of overmacht.
- De FC Barcelona behoudt zich het recht voor om het schema, de routes te wijzigen of een deel van de museumtour af te sluiten.
- Het is verplicht om je voucher in te wisselen voor je "FC Barcelona Immersive Tour" en Barcelona City Tour tickets bij het Julià Travel Office in Estació del Nord
- De tickets moeten vanaf de boekingsdatum worden opgehaald. Er worden geen tickets verstrekt vóór de datum waarvoor ze zijn geboekt, wat op de voucher moet worden vermeld.
- Controleer de dienstregeling voordat je naar het stadion gaat.
- Audiosysteem aangepast voor mensen met een auditieve handicap (meertalig loopingsysteem). Via dit systeem kunnen passagiers naar audio luisteren via uw hoofdtelefoon zonder dat er kabels nodig zijn. Stoelen met dit systeem worden gesignaleerd en passagiers die het systeem nodig hebben om de audio te horen, hebben voorrang.

Probably one of the worst Hop On - Hop Off experiences. Most of the stops were too long some about 10-15min. Bus driver or attendant smoking on every other stop. Not the most friendly employees, not helpful and in some occasions kind of rude. The bus didn’t had A/C and it was very hot on the inside part. Should had advice to hop on the bus at any stop and hop off at the bus station to redeem voucher for FC Barcelona museum.
Great 24-hour experience with the city tour van. Julia was a very professional stewardess and gave me very professional advice. Her patience and enthusiasm allowed us to save a lot of time and pick the right place to get off early enough to catch a performance at the Palace of Music. 😉😍 She also recommended us coffee at the Palace of Music. Enjoy the beauty.
More music than information about the city. Disappointed. Have had much better experience with this type of tour in other cities.
This tour company is highly inefficient. They sold us an online ticket; however, the online voucher was only for the bus and we had to waste time going to the location they emailed us for the Camp Nou tickets. When we arrived at the location the company emailed, they informed us that we had to go to their other location. We asked if there was anyway to avoid doing that and they said to come back in 10 minutes to give time to transfer the tickets. We came back and they handed us a print out on a white sheet of plain computer paper. This could have been emailed to us to show on our phone and/or printed out, yet they wasted over an hour of our time to go to their location (and did not even provide the correct guidance). Do not recommend.
Dear Reid B, Thank you for your feedback, I regret to learn about the inconveniences you experienced whit the stadium tickets, Please bear in mind, that according to Stadium conditions, the tickets must be picked up from our office as we are not allowed to email them, the voucher you received is not an entrance ticket. This is a great way to see the city. We did both routes and had a good experience. We also visited the FCB stadium and did that tour.
CAMP nou was cemetery worth it but the city hoho bus was so hard to find the stops. The office was not able to explain how to find the stop.closest to them. We ended up having to take taxis due to the lack of proper stop.instruction. I am still waiting on a refund for that portion that I requested.
Excellent facility for hop on hop off. Would have helped if the tour guide had pointed out in advance how the bus stop for the Barcelona city tour looks like. It is not as obvious as it looks for the other tours
