- De minimumleeftijd om mee te doen aan de Tour is 14 jaar en kinderen moeten worden begeleid door een volwassene. Voor kinderen onder de leeftijd bieden wij e-bikes die geschikt zijn voor kinderen.
- Minimaal gewicht voor Segway rijders is 45 kg (100 lbs) en het maximum is 120 kg (265 lbs).
- De tourroute kan variëren als gevolg van straatafsluitingen of demonstraties op de dag van de Tour
- In geval van vertraging van de klant wordt de activiteit verminderd op basis van de verloren tijd, wat een wijziging in de vaste route kan veroorzaken. De activiteit wordt geannuleerd als de vertraging groter is dan 15 minuten en het betaalde bedrag niet wordt terugbetaald.
- De tour opereert onder alle weersomstandigheden, dus kleed je gepast voor het seizoen waarin je reist. Als het regent, zorgen wij voor regenjassen. In geval van zwaar weer bieden wij de mogelijkheid om een andere datum en tijd in te plannen.

The Segway is nice but the bike is better!!!
We have done several excursions of big cities by electric bike and wanted to test the Segway. The conclusion is that we far prefer the comfort and maneuverability of the bike, which allows access to more places by easily going over curbs. The Segway limits us exclusively to bike paths; we are not authorized to ride in small streets, which limits the visit in many neighborhoods, especially the old town. The standing position on the Segway might suggest a comfortable position, but in fact, you have to lean your body forward constantly to move forward, which after 3 hours left both of us with a backache. As a result, we found the city tour quite poor in terms of discovery.

Bonjour, Merci d'avoir partagé votre expérience. Nous comprenons que, après plusieurs visites en vélo électrique, le Segway n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes. Il s'agit en effet de deux expériences très différentes. Concernant l'itinéraire, celui-ci est défini en fonction de la réglementation en vigueur à Barcelone, qui limite la circulation des Segways dans certaines zones, notamment une partie de la vieille ville. Nous privilégions toujours un parcours à la fois intéressant et conforme aux règles de sécurité. Quant au confort, il est très subjectif : beaucoup de nos visiteurs apprécient la maniabilité et le côté ludique du Segway, tandis que d'autres préfèrent le vélo pour les longues distances. Nous vous remercions pour votre retour. Il aidera les futurs voyageurs à choisir l'activité qui correspond le mieux à leurs attentes, et nous sommes heureux que vous ayez tout de même pris le temps de découvrir Barcelone avec nous. We had a really fun time...
We had a really fun time wizzing around Barcelona. This is a great way to see the city, Julio was a brilliant guide. You are riding on the roads in the bike lanes, but following Julio's lead made it very easy. This is a 3 hour tour, but the time flew by. Even though it was really hot, as you are on the move the breeze kept us nice and cool.

Best ever. Max is the best guide ever! He has good English, he is very funny, and such a great guy. The tour itself is breathtaking, you will be amazed by all the views! Would recommend doing it!

Best tour ever
This was fabulous I would highly recommend this tour to everyone We saw so much of Barcelona very small group just two of us so we zipped along nicely We were a bit scared when we first got on thinking on man what did we sign up for but within a few minutes of us hopping on we were fairly confident in driving on The lanes for bikes are busy but we felt safe the whole time We saw some unbelievably beautiful things So glad we took this adventure We are 60 + and it was the best tour I have ever been on
