Excellent service from start to finish! Our driver was waiting for us at Barcelona BCN Airport with a smile and a sign displaying our name, making it easy to find him. Since this was our first time entering Spain under the new immigration system, we were unsure how long customs and baggage claim might take, but he was patiently waiting when we came through. The transfer was smooth and comfortable, and we arrived at our hotel much earlier than expected. We would definitely use this service again and highly recommend it to others visiting Barcelona.

The driver was late and the NCL staff helped me understand what he was saying on the phone. He did not have a sign with our name on it. Once we connected he was very nice
