Uw luchthavenvertegenwoordiger helpt u bij het navigeren door het aankomstproces, zodat u zich na een lange vlucht met meer vertrouwen door de luchthaven kunt verplaatsen. Deze service is geen luchthaventransfer. Het richt zich op hulp bij aankomst op de luchthaven, immigratiebegeleiding, richting bagageclaim en ondersteuning van het aankomstgebied.

- Maximaal 2 koffers per passagier voor portierservice. Het meer dan aantal bagage (afmeting meer dan 56x36x23 cm) wordt aangerekend aan THB 100 per bagage.
- De passagier die Visa bij aankomst en rapportage van gele koorts met gezondheidscontrole moet aanvragen, moet extra betalen voor aanvullende service van 500 miljard per persoon als we vaststellen dat u deze service moet toepassen en de betaling niet kunt innen. de service zonder restitutie
- Als er ten minste 24 uur voor aankomst geen vluchtinformatie aan ons is verstrekt, vindt er geen restitutie plaats.
- Houd er rekening mee dat onze diensten zijn afgestemd op het aantal vooraf gemaakte boekingen. Als u met meer gezelschap arriveert dan het geboekte aantal, worden onze diensten automatisch geannuleerd zonder verdere accommodatie en vindt er geen restitutie plaats.
- De paspoorthouder van Myanmar, Laos en Cambodja mag van deze service geen gebruik maken. Als u gereserveerd heeft, houd er dan rekening mee dat er geen restitutie plaatsvindt
- Deze service moet minstens 24 uur voor de werkelijke geplande vluchttijd worden geboekt.
- Het vluchtnummer, datum en tijd moeten overeenkomen met de echte vlucht. Het is niet toegestaan om een later tijdstip te selecteren om de afsluiting van de boeking door te geven.
- Wijzigingen zijn alleen geldig na schriftelijke bevestiging van ons team. Onjuiste of onbevestigde vluchtgegevens kunnen resulteren in geen service en geen restitutie.
- Extra servicetoeslag van THB 1000 per hond, exclusief belasting
- Chinese paspoorthouders zijn verplicht om een kopie van hun paspoort, retourticket en hotelbevestiging te verstrekken.
- Boekingen die zijn gemaakt met een onjuiste of latere servicetijd om de 24-uurs afsluiting te omzeilen, worden als ongeldig beschouwd
- De aanbieder van de activiteit behoudt zich het recht voor om een boeking te weigeren die onjuiste, onvolledige of misleidende vluchtgegevens bevat
- De 24 uurs boekingslimiet wordt berekend op basis van de werkelijke geplande vluchttijd, niet de tijd die tijdens het boeken is geselecteerd

Reservation on TripAdvisor for Bangkok airport expedited immigration. Reception right off the plane. Very fast immigration process because it was directed by the guide whom we met on the other side of passport control, and baggage claim was also guided, followed by exiting through customs. Assistance ended for me at this point. End of the service was very efficient and the guide was very competent and friendly. Thank you for the accompaniment. I highly recommend it.

This all met or exceeded my expectations - Wonderful experience. The representative was right there with my name on a sign in the hallway as I exited from the jet bridge and stairs into the terminal. She was pleasant and very helpful - all the way out the taxi area to get me into my can on the way to my hotel. This is in stark contrast with my last trip to Bangkok two years ago when I signed up for similar VIP arrival services with another provider. No one met me at the airport and I ended up waiting in a line at immigration for 2 hours after being on and off flights for the prior 30 hours. No one responded when I tried to call someone. It took a couple months and hassle to get e refund.

You will need a visa to enter Vietnam and apparently the Immigration Department / Ministry of Pubic Security doesn't check any of the information you submit and simply issues the requested Visa. However, when you show up at the airport to catch your flight, ground personnel won't issue a boarding pass because they do pay attention. LOL At that point, your only alternative is to pay hundreds of dollars (up to $500) to private companies obtain an "Emergency Visa". WATCH OUT!!!!!
This was such a pleasant experience from start to finish. It felt so comforting to have someone waiting for me at the airport. My agent was kind, caring and professional. This experience made arriving to Bangkok for the first time as a solo traveler so much less overwhelming. Arrived at Bangkok Airport on the 9th May 2025 only to find out that an Arrival Card into Thailand is now required for foreigners. This new arrival card system was introduced on the 1st May 2025. As we were in travelling throughout Asia we were aware of this change The process is an online application that takes about 5 minutes requiring Personal info, Passport info and accommodation details. The government processing completed quickly

Smoking friends, I confirm that there are no smoking areas, either on arrival or departure. Solution found: just leaving the airport and opposite you will find a large terrace juxtaposed with the hotel "Prime Sleep". You can smoke!
