Deze service is geen luchthaventransfer. Het richt zich op hulp bij aankomst op de luchthaven, immigratiebegeleiding, richting bagageclaim en ondersteuning van het aankomstgebied.

- Als er ten minste 24 uur voor aankomst geen vluchtinformatie aan ons is verstrekt, vindt er geen restitutie plaats.
- Houd er rekening mee dat onze diensten zijn afgestemd op het aantal vooraf gemaakte boekingen. Als u met meer gezelschap arriveert dan het geboekte aantal, worden onze diensten automatisch geannuleerd zonder verdere accommodatie en vindt er geen restitutie plaats.
- De paspoorthouder van Myanmar, Laos en Cambodja mag van deze service geen gebruik maken. Als u gereserveerd heeft, houd er dan rekening mee dat er geen restitutie plaatsvindt

The young lady was waiting for us even though we arrived 25 mins before scedule. Took us through the express lane at customs and on to meet our seperately booked driver. Would definately repeat.

This all met or exceeded my expectations - Wonderful experience. The representative was right there with my name on a sign in the hallway as I exited from the jet bridge and stairs into the terminal. She was pleasant and very helpful - all the way out the taxi area to get me into my can on the way to my hotel. This is in stark contrast with my last trip to Bangkok two years ago when I signed up for similar VIP arrival services with another provider. No one met me at the airport and I ended up waiting in a line at immigration for 2 hours after being on and off flights for the prior 30 hours. No one responded when I tried to call someone. It took a couple months and hassle to get e refund.

You will need a visa to enter Vietnam and apparently the Immigration Department / Ministry of Pubic Security doesn't check any of the information you submit and simply issues the requested Visa. However, when you show up at the airport to catch your flight, ground personnel won't issue a boarding pass because they do pay attention. LOL At that point, your only alternative is to pay hundreds of dollars (up to $500) to private companies obtain an "Emergency Visa". WATCH OUT!!!!!
This was such a pleasant experience from start to finish. It felt so comforting to have someone waiting for me at the airport. My agent was kind, caring and professional. This experience made arriving to Bangkok for the first time as a solo traveler so much less overwhelming. It was the highlight of a long travel day, I would highly recommend thos service to anyone and everyone traveling to Thailand.

Arrived at Bangkok Airport on the 9th May 2025 only to find out that an Arrival Card into Thailand is now required for foreigners. This new arrival card system was introduced on the 1st May 2025. As we were in travelling throughout Asia we were aware of this change The process is an online application that takes about 5 minutes requiring Personal info, Passport info and accommodation details. The government processing completed quickly

Smoking friends, I confirm that there are no smoking areas, either on arrival or departure. Solution found: just leaving the airport and opposite you will find a large terrace juxtaposed with the hotel "Prime Sleep". You can smoke!

What a complete rip off! Nobody on the air bridge to meet us as we disembarked, poor comms. via mobile phone. Once we reached passport control, a guy pointed in a direction & that was it. I want a refund!
Landed 40 minutes late leaving me an hour till boarding next flight. Met by the guide and took me through to immigration I was only one there!! Straight through, up to departures through security and at gate with 20 minutes to spare. Bargain!! Reason for being late was in a queue of 5 planes. 1000 people in the big queue.
