Excellent communication via WhatsApp and through the viator platform ahead of the ride. Driver arrived on time and took us safely from Millennium Hilton Bangkok to Hilton Pattaya in just over 2 hours. Comfortable car and great experience all around that I can highly recommend.

The tour operator picked us up 1.5 hours late from the scheduled pick-up time. Luckily we were not being transported to the airport, because we could have missed our flight. The Van they provided was old, and some of the seat belts did not work. The driver stopped for gas 10 minutes into our trip. I was very disappointed with Viator for not offering me a partial refund. I expected them to have higher standards for their tour operators.

Pretty easy service to use. BKK gets clustered with all of the different ride services in the same area and not spaced out. But they gave very detailed instructions with pictures to locate them

It was an easy trip door-to-door and relatively affordable. Much better than going from our hotel to the airport by bus to Pattaya. We selected a basic car, which definitely was comfortable. Driver may have been a little more aggressive than I prefer, but he was safe.

We had a three-legged trip for the final leg I was debating go by bus, but found it to be difficult to get there with luggage. I came on Viator and was pleased to see there was a private transfer. The driver arrived at the site early and coordinated with the concierge staff to ensure a seamless experience for us, loading our bags directly into his vehicle. The ride to Pattaya was smooth in a large suv with air conditioning, and the driver was very friendly and energetic.

The driver was very good. Unfortunately, the traffic was very, very heavy, and the trip took much longer than expected. Not the driver's fault in any way, she was very good. The car was nice and clean, and the driver adjusted the A/C when requested.
