De Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport Private Transfer biedt een naadloze en comfortabele manier om te reizen tussen de luchthaven en uw bestemming in Bangkok of nabijgelegen gebieden. Ophaallocaties en -tijden
In de Aankomsthal tussen Gate #3 en Gate #4 wordt een bord met de naam van de klant op een reling geplaatst. Na het ophalen van de bagage en het passeren van de douane worden binnenkomende bezoekers die deze transferservice hebben geboekt, verzocht zich onmiddellijk naar deze locatie te begeven. Hier ontmoeten ze hun vertegenwoordiger die hen naar het voertuig zal begeleiden. (In ruil voor deze activiteit is de presentatie van de boekingsbevestiging en het identiteitsbewijs met foto vereist. Chauffeurs wachten maximaal 1,5 uur na aankomst van de vlucht.) Onze vertegenwoordigers en chauffeurs wachten op de luchthaven op basis van het vluchtnummer en de datum die u bij de boeking heeft ontvangen. Vluchtvertragingen komen af en toe voor, dus ze controleren voortdurend op eventuele vertragingen of tijdswijzigingen om ervoor te zorgen dat onze gewaardeerde klanten dienovereenkomstig op de aangewezen locaties worden ontvangen. Het is belangrijk op te merken dat als het vluchtnummer of de datum wordt gewijzigd, het de verantwoordelijkheid van de passagier is om ons op de hoogte te stellen van de nieuwe details. The only way to arrive in Bangkok! After a long flight, the last thing you want is to navigate the taxi queue chaos. Our local driver was waiting exactly where the instructions said with a clear name sign. The car was a high-end, spotlessly clean sedan with ice-cold AC—a lifesaver in the Bangkok heat. The driver was professional, navigated the traffic perfectly, and got us to our hotel door in record time. Worth every penny for the peace of mind!

I waited over an hour for my transfer and when they finally came, he didn’t have my name. It was a disaster.

Its your responsibility to tell us that your flight number changed but you did not and we had to arrange a new car for you on the spot. When we arrived in Bangkok at 1:00am the Viatour representative was waiting for us. The instructions given to us before traveling, we’re very clear. Its a good experience from Bankok airport and the driver is very kind and helpful. He kept us company and make sure that we dont get hot and bored as we had to make a write a report as we missed one luggage. The guide who met us was so helpful translating with Thai Airways staff.
