Kies VIP-service voor vergaderassistentie bij de luchtbrug waar toegestaan, of standaardservice met een bevestigd ontmoetingspunt op de luchthaven in de buurt van het immigratiegebied. De service helpt reizigers zich door het aankomstproces te verplaatsen met duidelijkere begeleiding en minder stress, vooral na een lange internationale vlucht. Dit is alleen een luchthavenhulpdienst. Vervoer, toegang tot lounges en visumdiensten zijn niet inbegrepen, tenzij duidelijk geselecteerd als add-on.

Boek onze Fast Track Arrival-service voor een VIP-behandeling of Standaardservice en waant u door de drukte op de luchthaven. Bij het landen op de internationale luchthaven ontmoet u uw vriendelijke vertegenwoordiger en gaat u met spoed door de immigratiedienst. Ontvang hulp bij uw ingecheckte koffers en passeer vlot een aparte, snelle douanelijn voordat u naar uw grondtransport wordt begeleid. Begin onmiddellijk aan uw vakantie en sla lange rijen en immigratiegedoe over met deze VIP-service voor aankomst en vertrek. Wij bieden twee opties voor aankomstservice: VIP-service: Ontmoet elkaar op de luchtbrug voor het vliegtuig, of in de aankomsthal als u via de buspoort arriveert. Standaardservice: U dient naar het ontmoetingspunt voor poort D5, tegenover de immigratiezone, te lopen.

- Limiet van 2 bagage per passagier voor portierservice. Het aantal bagage (afmeting groter dan 56x36x23 cm) wordt aangerekend aan THB 100 per bagage.
- De passagier die bij aankomst een visum moet aanvragen en het rapport van gele koorts met gezondheidscontrole moet extra betalen voor extra service 500Bht per persoon als we vinden dat u deze service moet toepassen en de betaling niet kunt innen, dan is dit niet de service zonder restitutie
- Als er ten minste 24 uur voor aankomst geen vluchtinformatie aan ons is verstrekt, vindt er geen restitutie plaats. Zorg ervoor dat u niet bent vergeten ons de vluchtgegevens te geven.
- VIP Fasttrack : Ontmoeting bij airbridge voorkant vliegtuig
- De paspoorthouder van Myanmar, Laos en Cambodja mag geen gebruik maken van deze dienst. Als u geboekt heeft, houd er dan rekening mee dat er geen restitutie zal worden gedaan
- Deze service moet minstens 24 uur voor de werkelijke geplande vluchttijd worden geboekt.
- Het vluchtnummer, datum en tijd moeten overeenkomen met de echte vlucht. Het is niet toegestaan om een later tijdstip te selecteren om de afsluiting van de boeking door te geven.
- Wijzigingen zijn alleen geldig na schriftelijke bevestiging van ons team. Onjuiste of onbevestigde vluchtgegevens kunnen resulteren in geen service en geen restitutie.
- Extra servicetoeslag van THB 1000 per hond, exclusief belasting

We booked it because we werent sure if we can make it through immigration. but in the transit immigration there was no one waiting. i guess we are lucky but i'm glas that we booked it anyways :) The guy waiting and escorting us was a really nice experience :) thank you
Best money spent. The plane arrived 30 minutes early and the staff member was waiting for us. We saw the huge Queues others were standing in and we breezed past all that waiting.

Maybe it was a mix up but no one there at the arrival gate to pick me up and transfer to next flight so disappointed
We were met straight off the plane, walked to the separate immigration section for fast track, straight through no queuing. Had to wait for bags to arrive though so didn’t really save us time but we didn’t queue in immigration. People were filtering through from immigration before the bags arrived so it’s a gamble to use the service or not. On this occasion I don’t think it was worth it but has there been a massive queue then it would of so as I say it’s a gamble. No problems with the service itself but I do think it’s very costly for what it is.

The service basically walked us from the plane and to the immigration at Bangkok airways. No fast track or vip. Rather a waste of money for this trip.i Am afraid
