Uw sterrenkijkervaring begint met ophalen in de charmante steden Canmore en Banff, omringd door de majestueuze Canadese Rockies. Je avond begint bij onze favoriete lokale uitkijkpost, waar je een prachtig nachtelijk uitzicht hebt over Banff terwijl de stadslichten beneden gloeien en de omliggende pieken vervagen in silhouet. Vanaf dit verhoogde uitkijkpunt zet uw Gids de toon voor de nacht, en deelt hij doordachte inzichten in de geschiedenis van Banff en hoe dit bergstadje is ontstaan — een rustige, reflecterende start die u uitnodigt om het rustiger aan te doen en de dag achter u te laten.
Vanaf hier brengt een korte, schilderachtige rit u naar Lake Minnewanka als de schemering dieper wordt. Aan de rand van het water blijft het tempo ongehaast, omdat je Gids een selectie boeiende verhalen deelt die met deze plek zijn verbonden - van inheemse perspectieven en langdurige relaties met het land tot de wilde dieren die na zonsondergang door het gebied trekken. Als je Lake Minnewanka achter je laat, reis je een korte afstand dieper het park in terwijl het bos donkerder wordt en de nacht invalt.
Bij aankomst op ons met de hand geselecteerde uitzichtpunt aan de oevers van Two Jack Lake, nestelt u zich in premium verwarmde stoelen, zorgvuldig gekozen om u warm te houden als de temperaturen dalen. Je hebt toegang tot telescopen, verrekijkers en iPads die zijn uitgerust met apps voor het identificeren van sterrenbeelden, zodat je de nachtelijke hemel tot in levendig detail kunt verkennen. Planeten, sterrenhopen en verre sterrenstelsels komen in beeld en veranderen de hemel in een levende kaart van licht. Om de ervaring compleet te maken, kunt u genieten van een gratis warme chocolademelk of een kopje thee - een eenvoudig, gezellig comfort dat perfect past bij de rustige sfeer van de avond.
Als de dag ten einde loopt, wordt u veilig teruggebracht naar uw oorspronkelijke ophaallocatie, met alle inzichten die u nodig hebt om uw reis voort te zetten, klaar om wat er ook komt met gemak en opwinding te omarmen. Gedurende de avond wordt elk detail zorgvuldig overwogen om de ervaring soepel, comfortabel en ongehaast te houden — met de focus op sfeer en bewustzijn in plaats van overhaaste feiten.

De tour begint in Canmore, met extra pickups in Banff. Nadat u uw tour hebt geboekt, sturen we u een vervolgbericht met alle belangrijke ophaalgegevens om u te helpen zich voor te bereiden op uw ervaring. Houd dit bericht in de gaten, want het bevat : • Uw bevestigde ophaaltijd op basis van uw geselecteerde locatie • Een beschrijving van ons tourvoertuig om u te helpen uw Gids gemakkelijk te identificeren • Een herinnering aan wat je moet meenemen voor je tour • De waiver link die voor vertrek moet worden ingevuld Deze informatie wordt verzonden om een soepele, gemakkelijke en stressvrije start van uw tour te garanderen. - De tour begint met pickups in Canmore, gevolgd door pickups in Banff ongeveer 30 minuten later. U ontvangt uw ophaalgegevens na het boeken, dus zorg ervoor dat u dit bericht zorgvuldig beoordeling om u te helpen bij de voorbereiding.
- De sterrenkijktour is weersafhankelijk. Om de beste ervaring te garanderen, gaat de tour alleen door als de lucht helder is en niet te bewolkt. Als de weersomstandigheden, zoals zware bewolking, regen of sneeuw, het zicht beïnvloeden, kan de tour worden uitgesteld of geannuleerd. - Om deel te nemen moeten alle volwassenen voorafgaand aan de tour een verklaring van afstand ondertekenen. Een verklaring van afstand moet ook worden ingevuld door de ouder of voogd van een kind jonger dan 18 jaar. Het niet voltooien van de afstandsverklaring zal resulteren in de annulering van uw tour.

We loved our Stargazing tour! Our guide, Toby, was so knowledgable, fun, and friendly! We also got to see a baby grizzly and elk on the drive which was a great bonus! Would definitely recommend as you get an unique opportunity to explore a bit of Lake Moraine (without the crowds!) and see some amazing night sky.

Pablo and Abdul did a great job! Good information and stories. Attentive to our needs with chairs, blankets and hot chocolate! The clouds hampered our stargazing, but not the trip. Got to see some bighorn sheep and mule deer too!

We really enjoyed this experience, our tour guide Samuel was incredible. He was so friendly and knowledgeable, we learned a lot of history about Banff which was awesome. Stargazing was fun, a little cloudy but no one controls the weather. Heated chairs and hot drinks were a nice touch.

Guide was amazing, he took care of everything for us. Showed us how to get the best pictures for nighttime. Told us about the area and sights to see if we hadn't. Provided was heated chairs, hand warmers, blankets, hot chocolate, binoculares, trípods to take better photos, ipad to show us the stars and constellations. We had a full moon so didn't get to see the stars as well as we would have liked but got some amazing pics of the moon and the scenery around the lake. Would highly recommend this tour.

I loved the experience that my son and I had with our guide, Laura. She was very knowledgeable and explained the history of the mountains and Banff. I also liked that we were able to stop a few places along the way to our destination. One of the least enjoyable moments was staying out there in the cold when there was complete cloud cover. When I say complete, I mean zero breaks in the clouds. At that point we should have left the rock pile . We stayed almost an hour later than we should have. Other than that, the tour was incredible.

We really enjoyed our tour with Pablo. He was full of knowledge and enthusiasm. We didn’t see the Northern Lights but the stargazing was beautiful.
