Onze transportdiensten zijn de meest betaalbare, zonder afbreuk te doen aan de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en een uitstekende klantenservice. Leun achterover en ontspan terwijl we u veilig en op tijd naar de luchthaven brengen. Vermijd het gedoe van het terugbrengen van een huurauto en laat het rijden aan ons over. Geniet de laatste paar minuten van de pracht van de majestueuze Canadese Rockies terwijl wij voor u door het verkeer navigeren.

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Gelieve aandachtig te lezen : Klanten kunnen alleen het ophaalpunt selecteren dat overeenkomt met de starttijd die ze kiezen bij de eerste boeking. Voor Mount Royal Hotel Pick-up, wacht u niet bij de lobby van het hotel of bij de bushalte langs Banff Avenue. Ga naar de parkeerplaats van het commerciële busstation achter de parkeerplaats van het hotel. Voor Samesun en Red Carpet pension, wacht u in de lobby. Ga naar de buslaadzone tussen de twee accommodaties. Hopelijk helpt dit. Ik wens iedereen een veilige reis. We accepteren ook pick-up bij elk hotel of accommodatie langs Banff Avenue op aanvraag en een tijd zal worden geregeld voor uw pick-up.

Excellent service! The driver - sorry forgot his name - was great, reliable and polite. A very enjoyable experience.
Lovely blue lakes, some waterfalls and some wildlife. Fun day with Reuben. Nice small van. Stops along the way.
Affordable shuttle to Calgary form banff! Other shuttles cost way more. They should do a better job labeling the van and this ticket name as many passengers had trouble locating the van.
The driver Manny was great- got to our destination in good time
I can change the ratings but i am still waiting on the pick up location.. I am trying to see if you see this notification, i hope i dont have to call a taxi to the airport with my flight being 3 hours away.
On time and great service Driver was very friendly. He even help us with our bags. Will take them again

I booked this shuttle last minute for me and 3 friends. The driver showed up on time however on arrival he insisted on charging us an extra $10 per person for our ski bags which was not previously stated on Viator or the confirmation email i received from the company. The driver acted in an unprofessional and confrontational manor when i said that we shouldnt have to pay anything extra. He then complained having taken the smaller shuttle bus either our luggage, which is not in our control at all. The next time i travel to banff i will not be using this company.

Yes, we do charge oversized luggage fees for C$10/each and it should be stated clearly on our service terms and conditions as a link. Rest assured, we will make an extra effort to show it upfront to all travelers. We do this so we would know in advance the vehicle that we can asssign and ensure there will be enough space to accommodate extra and oversized luggages. It’s funny because we have had a passenger before with 8 extra luggages and a ski bag. Hope you would understand and reconsider us again in your next visit. We wish you safe travels.
Shuttle never showed up at the designated location, I was there a whole 30 minutes early too!!!!!!!!

The vehicle was comfortable and the driver was very hospitable aswell as getting me and my friend to the exact address we needed to be at
