We were able to get an early start time. They picked us up close to the cruise terminal and drove us about 20 minutes to where our driver was waiting with the vehicle. He proceeded to drive us west. We stopped to see the flamingos on the way to hang out at three different beaches. Lunch was at a local restaurant. Our guide was fun and did a great job. Would highly recommend this tour.

Erwin was amazing! Took us to 3 beaches and an amazing side of the road authentic diner! Food was excellent! It felt like he was friend not a tourist guide! Enjoyed talking with him and learning about the island! Very knowledgeable! Highlight of our trip!

We never received confirmation or pickup details, so I emailed the company the night before our scheduled 8AM tour (with a 7:15AM pickup). The next morning, we waited in our hotel lobby for over an hour, repeatedly calling, messaging, and emailing using the contact info from Viator and our confirmation. Even the concierge called on our behalf and finally reached someone, who claimed they had left a Viator message saying they were running late and someone was en route. At 8:15AM, a public van picked us up and took us to a nearby parking lot, where our guide, Disney, arrived a few minutes later in a UTV. He was polite but not visibly affiliated with any tour company. In hindsight, we probably should’ve asked for proof before hopping in, but we went ahead. Disney offered to switch to a beach-hopping tour (normally more expensive) at no extra charge, likely to make up for the delay. We love snorkeling, so we agreed. The UTV ride from Willemstad was long and bumpy, but expected. We visited three beautiful beaches, had lunch with an amazing view, and even cliff-jumped from 40 feet. The tour itself was fantastic, but the morning was disorganized and unprofessional. For now, I can’t confidently recommend this company, though I hope they address these issues and improve.

Especially enjoying the beaches, snorkeling, and cliff jumping we’d like to clarify a few things regarding the pickup and communication. We did send you a detailed pickup message through Viator, as we always do, which included the correct pickup time of 7:40–7:45 AM (not 7:15 AM as mentioned). It also clearly stated that our driver may arrive a few minutes late due to traffic or other guest pickups. All our guests, including yourselves, were picked up by the same professional and friendly driver in a van, as scheduled. Additionally, the email you received was signed by Disney, the same guide who welcomed you at the start of your experience. We were surprised to read that he was perceived as not affiliated, as he communicated directly and was part of your confirmed itinerary. It’s also important to note that Disney, seeing the delay and wanting to make the day special, offered you our beach-hopping tour which is typically more expensive at no extra charge. After explaining the original Bandabou sights tour, he asked if you'd prefer switching, and your exact words were: “Yes, perfect, because we are beach people.” We genuinely appreciate your recognition of the tour quality and your kind words about the guide being “knowledgeable, polite, and professional.” We just hope that the morning confusion which may have stemmed from overlooking the message we sent with pickup details doesn’t overshadow the overall experience. What a great day and great tour! Saw and learned so much about the island and its history from Disney. From beautiful beaches to turtles to caves, the trip was well worth it! Even tried local cuisine at lunch. Disney was very accommodating and made the day all about us and what we wanted to do!

What an incredible experience. Disney was a gracious host and catered our tour by showing us many things we inquired about. The highlights of the tour were snorkeling with the Sea turtles and the gorgeous views of the island. Lunch was delicious and we enjoyed chatting with Disney and learning more about the Curacao culture. The cost of the tour was well worth it with all the amenities you were provided, nonalcoholic drinks, snorkeling equipment, lunch, transfers to and from our resort and all fees required at the various stops. I can not say enough positive things about this amazing tour and Guide. Thank you again Disney!

Great tour!! Our tour guide Disney was amazing! The tour was a mix of history & beach fun. Lunch was included. We got to try the local dishes!

Had a really good time on the excursion. Went to 4 different beaches and they were beautiful. Food was also great and our tour guide Disney was super nice and made sure we were comfortable the whole time

DNL Excursions was on track to completely ruin our port stop in Curacao. A day before arrival, we learned that our ship would be arriving into port an hour late, meaning we would miss our meetup time for the ATV excursion that we had booked through Viator for our family of 3. We contacted DNL via their phone number, email, Whatsapp chat, and Viator chat, and they did not respond to any of these communications! This was 19 hours before our scheduled to pick up. A few hours later, we reached out to Viator directly, and they had us on hold while they tried to reach out to DNL Excursions by phone and over email. The tour operator didn't respond to Viator either. We contacted Viator one last time the evening before our scheduled meetup, and they again could not get in touch with DNL. The morning of the tour, we saw that none of the WhatsApp messages were even read and made the call to try to book with another vendor as we were pulling into the Curacao port. I checked the Facebook group for our cruise sailing, and saw that Waldemir from MyRonchiTrip was advertising his touring services. On a whim, I reached out to him over Facebook Messenger and he was super responsive. He ultimately saved the day! He met us in port and took our family on an amazing tour of Curacao, which was private, and was longer and cost less than DNL's ATV tour. Anyhow, we wound up having an amazing time in Curacao, but there was a ton of stress and aggravation as we went for a whole day not knowing what was going to happen with our ATV tour and whether we could find some other option at the last minute. Given all the records of us and Viator trying to reach out to non-responsive DNL Tours, Viator issued us the refund without a problem. However, I still don't understand how this vendor could just completely ignore all forms of communication after a customer pre-paid over $300 for their services. Do not risk it!
