We rijden door het centrum van Montego Bay om naar de Great River Bamboo Rafting te gaan. Reistijd is inbegrepen in de duur van de tour.
We stappen aan boord van de bamboerafting en doen de rafting met kalksteenvoetmassage. Kom op tijd aan op het aangewezen ontmoetingspunt voor uw bamboeraftingtour. Uw gids geeft veiligheidsinstructies en zorgt ervoor dat u zich comfortabel voelt op het bamboeraft. Geniet van een rustige tocht over de rivier terwijl uw gids het bamboeraft navigeert. Geniet van de natuurlijke schoonheid en rust van de omgeving.
Ga aan boord van de catamaran en zeil langs de kust. Geniet van de levendige sfeer, muziek en feestvibe aan boord. Zwem, dans en socialiseer met medepassagiers terwijl je naar een prachtige snorkelplek vaart.
Rick's Café was de eerste openbare bar en restaurant van zijn soort op de West End Cliffs, en bood een alternatief voor Negril's majestueuze zeven mijl lange strand. Vanaf het begin bood Rick's Café een ongeëvenaard uitzicht op de zonsondergang vanaf de natuurlijk gevormde kliffen. For $590 we didn’t recieve any kind of meal , still at 7pm we haven’t ate yet …which is crazy because in the description they explain about a meal and still haven’t ate…Rick Cafe no food overly packed , sat there for 45 minutes everybody around us received there food but us !!!!!!!highly NOT RECOMMENDED !!!!!
Thank you for your feedback. We take all reviews seriously and would like to clarify a few points for future guests. First, our tour listing clearly states that lunch is NOT INCLUDED in this package. We are therefore unsure why your review suggests that a meal was promised as part of the tour. Regarding Rick's Cafe, it is one of Jamaica's most popular attractions and can become extremely busy, particularly during peak hours. While we understand your frustration with the wait time, food service at Rick's Cafe is managed entirely by their restaurant staff and is unfortunately outside of our control. Our driver informed us that your food order was placed, but before it was delivered, you chose to leave the restaurant and return to the vehicle. As a gesture of goodwill, our driver then took you and your friend to a local restaurant so you could enjoy authentic Jamaican cuisine. We are also surprised by this review, as our tour guide reported that you and your friend expressed that you had a great time throughout the day. In fact, you later contacted us about booking additional nightlife experiences with our company. We certainly regret that your dining experience at Rick's Cafe did not meet your expectations. However, it is important to distinguish between services provided by our company and those operated by third-party venues. We remain committed to delivering enjoyable, professional tours and appreciate the opportunity to clarify these facts.
Even though only bamboo rafting was booked, confirmation included catamaran riding. The guide was waiting outside the gate and the meeting place was unclear, and the guide did not look for him. The guide didn't even know where the toilet was because he didn't know much about the site. I asked to be shown to a place to eat, but they took me to a place for takeout lunches. However, email communication with the company was going well.
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. To clarify, your booking was for the Bamboo Rafting tour only. While other options such as the Catamaran Cruise and Rick’s Café were available, they were not included in your reservation, so we could only provide the tour that was booked and paid for. As you were arriving by cruise ship, detailed meeting instructions were sent by email. We also attempted to contact you by phone and email when there was difficulty locating you, but did not receive a response. Our driver was waiting at the designated meeting point. Regarding lunch, the driver made the scheduled lunch stop, but your request to be dropped off and picked up an hour later was not possible due to the tour schedule and your required return time to the ship. We were surprised by the comments regarding the driver, as Bamboo Rafting is one of our most popular tours and you were assigned one of our most experienced drivers. Despite the language barrier, he did his best to assist your group throughout the day. At the end of the tour, all six members of your group expressed their appreciation and indicated that they had enjoyed the experience. While we respect all feedback, we do not believe this review accurately reflects what occurred during the tour.
I hate that the viator experience dims the great gentleman's shine. I booked through a viator agent and they provided me a booking link for my package which included the rafting with limestone massage, catamaran party cruise and Rick's café. I saw the rate and thought it was to good to be true and it was. Even had the agent cancel my booking for the cruise the next day. Booked and received several confirmations with itinerary of my 9 hour day. The rafting was amazing. Jason was the rafting captain and he was amazing and Romain was our great driver. Bless these great men!!! Got back in the van after the rafting and said next stop catamaran!!! Went bad from there. He said we only booked rafting. I'm showing him all evidence we had more and he basically had to take us back to the pick up point. Started a chat with viator support and even they were confused and resent my voucher to show the driver then somehow started back pedaling saying I didn't book anything but rafting. My booking, my email confirmation and my ticket says I have rafting, catamaran cruise and Rick's café. They basically said no I don't regardless of all my confirmations from them and said nothing they can do. I've disputed everything now when all I wanted was a credit.

Dwright was our driver and he was so respectful and kind. Our Rum Punch was soooooo good. We had a blast on the party boat and at Margaritaville. It was a whole vibe. I will definitely recommend to my clients.

My experience was fantasic! Dave our guide/driver made everything relaxing and carefree. He was easy to talk too and made me feel comfortable at every stop. He not only got us to our destinations but checked us in and made sure we all set. He waited at the bamboo rafting, and at the boat to make sure we were safe. He was there waiting when we finished, not once did we have to wait or call. He did a great job of sharing local in sights into the cultural of Jamaica which made the long rides seem much shorter. The bamboo ride was fun. Our guide was funny and even did a magic trick with local plants. The boat ride was incredible. The crew did a great job creating a party atmosphere and getting the party started. The snorkling was fun, I saw lots of fish and going in the cave was cool! Rick's cafe was great. We sat at the bar and our app came quick. Jumping off the cliff was intense but fun. They had all different levels from 30 ft to 5ft high so you could do something easy or jump from really high up. Finishing off with a sunset ride back on the boat from Rick's was the perfect ending. Over all we had a great and memorable day!

I can’t recommend this excursion enough!! My boyfriend and I absolutely loved every part of it—but what truly made the experience exceptional was our driver, Dave. Dave was hands down the BEST!! He was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and genuinely a pleasure to be around the entire time. What stood out most to me—especially as a female traveling in a country I had never been to—was how safe and taken care of he made me feel. He didn’t just drop us off and move on; he personally walked us to each location, checked us in, made sure we were exactly where we needed to be, and even ensured we safely boarded the boats. When the catamaran returned, he was right there on the shore waiting for us, ready to escort us back. That level of care and attention is rare, and it made a huge difference in our overall experience. Our bamboo rafting guide, Colin, was also fantastic—friendly, engaging, and an amazing photographer! He made that portion of the day especially fun and memorable. And the catamaran crew- Absolutely incredible! The energy was contagious! A special shoutout to the guy on the mic—he kept everyone laughing, dancing, and fully enjoying every moment. And he was a great dancer! Overall, this was an unforgettable experience, made even better by the amazing people who took such great care of us. Highly, highly recommend!
