Spring op een bamboevlot en dobber langs de rivier. Deze rustige, ontspannende rit op een bamboevlot, gepaald door een lokale schipper, neemt je mee aan boord om te genieten van het verbluffend mooie regenwoud. Bamboo Rafting Tour is om terug te gaan naar de natuur en te ontspannen op de bamboe en klassiek te ontspannen op het vlot te midden van het heldere, frisse rivierwater. Geniet van het bamboe-raften langs de echte rivier (ongeveer 45 minuten) met een prachtig uitzicht op het prachtige landschap om je heen. Aanraken van een prachtig landschap, frisse lucht, deelnemen aan avontuurlijke buitenactiviteiten in het tropische woud. Bezoek een centrum voor de bescherming van zeeschildpadden dat werkt aan het redden en vergroten van het aantal zeeschildpadden in de regio. Sluit de tour af met een reis naar de Ton Pling-waterval, de meest populaire waterval in het gebied. Ervaar de heerlijke sfeer en verwonder je over de geweldige omgeving om je heen. Zwem in de kleine vijvers bij de waterval. Probleemloos ophalen en wegbrengen van uw Khao Lak-hotel.

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
U kunt ook worden opgehaald van overal in Khao Lak. Ophalen bij uw hotel is tussen 08.00 - 08.30 uur . De exacte ophaaltijd wordt per e-mail bevestigd nadat u de boeking heeft gemaakt. Zorg ervoor dat u uw chauffeur ten minste 10 minuten voor de geplande ophaaltijd in de lobby van uw hotel ontmoet. Als u meer dan 10 minuten te laat arriveert of nadat we uw hotel hebben verlaten, kunt u worden beschouwd als een no-show.

We loved the turtle conservation centre. Our guide was very knowledgeable. We wouldn't do the bamboo rafting again or the visit to the waterfall but the turtle experience was well worth it.

Despite not optimal weather conditions, it was a lovely experience; we were provided with rainproof ponchos, and the tour guide Marta and the driver were excellent. The bamboo rafting is an experience every time; if you are lucky, you might see some snakes and other animals, and the turtle breeding station is also very worth seeing and interesting. The waterfall at the end was a nice conclusion (challenging in rainy weather).

Super guide , great tour Amusing, interesting, We started at 8:45 and after a short drive arrived at the departure point for the raft. We sat in the first raft and had a clear view of beautiful nature Since the waterfall has too little water, we went alternatively to a small temple. That would've been great if I had some prior information. Afterwards we went to the turtle reserve. There is also the Tsunami plaque . There was always water , coffee and bananas. Thanks to our guide .... Very funny , warm and informative Can we recommend

The pick up was on time and the travel less than 30 minutes to the Tuttle Conservation centre. Seeing and hearing about the Conservation work undertaken was interesting and as a bonus one of the Tsunami memorials are situated here which was poignant. We were taken to a waterfall but being as we are still in the dry season (early April) it was a trickle. The rafting was a really pleasant experience, wow the rafters put some work in. Be prepared to be wet as you are basically sat in the water. As with our all round experience in Thailand there is no pressure to up sell souvenirs, photos etc

Unfortunately, the tour was disappointing. Instead of a real bamboo rafting experience, it was more of a leisurely round trip with no particular appeal. The turtle catching station was quite nice and interesting to watch, but that didn't really enhance the rest of the tour. The waterfall, on the other hand, was an absolute tourist fail – crowded and unimpressive. Overall, the tour was definitely not worth their money.

The trip was well organised & good fun , the bamboo rafting was serine & peaceful as was the turtle sanctuary, the waterfall was ok but a bit of a waste of time. The tour rep & driver were informative & really nice , bonus was Adam’s English was excellent.👍👍
