This was a wonderful experience that had been on my bucket list for a long time. A serene flight over the beautiful town of Segovia and through the valley beside it. Early in the morning, you could hear the birds singing and little else (apart from the bursts of gas!) The flight was about an hour and a half to two hours which gave us plenty of time to take in the views and enjoy the magic of balloon flight. A couple of things though, we were given the wrong co-ordinates to meet up which meant a last minute drive to get to the area where the balloon was being inflated. Also, the pilot didn't speak English which meant we were left out of hearing about a lot of the sights being pointed out. However, we were still able to enjoy the flight itself. Landing was a bit scary with the field being overshot and we passed over a motorway at a very low level before landing in a neighbouring rocky field! Once the balloon was packed away, we were taken back to the launch site where we were treated to champagne and nibbles at the end of the experience. We really enjoyed the flight (despite the landing!) and would recommend it as a great activity when visiting Segovia.

It was fantastic. well exceeded expectations, good weather, very nice flight, beautiful views. Very friendly staff. And the final surprise is excellent.
I'm not good at heights - but I'd like to try a balloon trip. From our arrival we were taken well. Everything was quiet and quiet. So I relaxed. It's a lot of work to get 4 balloons in the air. Everybody bones. And so easy and elegant we rose to the weather. Floated near Segovia. Got designated the mountain “The dead woman”. We were followed by the cars below us. They don't always know exactly where they land Everything was packed together and loaded onto the car and trailer and then we were driven back. Before serving water and a small glass of champagne Nice experience 🙂
Professionalism with the pilot, excellent landing, good organization by the guy, it is worth waking up early.
We were very lucky with the day we had, a pleasant day, with very nice and professional people.
My family (including two kids 11 and 14) loved our balloon flight over Segovia. It was an incredible experience from the beginning to the the end, with amazing views of the city. Our pilot gave us detailed instructions for the landing that made us feel very safe. At the end of the flight, they prepared a table with snacks and drinks that was lovely.
An unforgettable experience, very worthwhile, the rider Manel and his unsurpassed rafa companion have made it very enjoyable and have explained everything perfectly at every moment. A 10

It was the first time I rode a balloon and it has been beautiful and very nice. The day was perfect and the pilot did even better. The views over Segovia wonderful, and the spring Segovian countryside of an intense, unforgettable green. An experience to always remember...

Got cancelled by the operator due to weather. Could have been done though, I think it did not have to be cancelled.
Thank you very much for sharing your feedback. We are sorry that the flight could not take place on the scheduled day. Although the weather may sometimes look pleasant from the ground, balloon flights depend not only on general conditions but also on wind direction and safe landing options. In Segovia there is an area where landing is not permitted, and if the wind would take the balloon towards that area, it is not safe for us to operate the flight. We understand that other companies may make different decisions, but at Voyager Balloons we prefer to be cautious and always prioritise passenger safety above everything else. We truly hope we can welcome you another day and offer you the beautiful sunrise balloon experience you were expecting. 🎈
