Beschrijving
Skyball is de grondlegger van het luchtballonvaren in Armenië. Sinds 2014 hebben we al meer dan 24.000 toeristen bediend, de majestueuze schoonheid van de prachtige Armeense bergen en landschappen vanuit de lucht ontdekt en hen zo een onvergetelijke ervaring bezorgd. De oprichter en hoofdpiloot van het bedrijf, Nairi Barseghyan, is houder van een WORLD RECORD tijdens de duurballonvlucht. We zijn er trots op dat we het enige bedrijf in Armenië zijn dat het Aircraft Operator's Certificate (AOC) heeft gekregen. Het certificaat stelt ons in staat commerciële ritten met luchtballonnen over het grondgebied van Armenië te maken. De vluchten worden bij wijze van uitzondering toegestaan en gecontroleerd door het Burgerluchtvaartcomité van Armenië. Al onze piloten beschikken over internationale kwalificaties. De veiligheid van passagiers is onze topprioriteit, daarom zijn ze verzekerd bij een gerenommeerde verzekeringsmaatschappij voordat ze aan de vlucht deelnemen.

Reisroute
Transfers van het stadscentrum van Jerevan naar de lanceerplaats (Garni) in een comfortabele minibus. Onze servicemedewerkers halen u op bij uw accommodatie en brengen u naar de startplaats.
De vluchtdeelnemers nemen deel aan het voorbereidingsproces dat ongeveer 30 minuten duurt. De werkelijke vliegtijd bedraagt ongeveer een uur (40-90 minuten, afhankelijk van de windrichting). tijdens de vlucht zie je de bergen van het Khosrov-reservaat, de berg Ararat en de Garni-kloof (afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden) Het hele vluchtproces wordt gefilmd met professionele GoPro-camera's. De foto's en video's worden na de vlucht aan de passagiers verstrekt. Na de vlucht ontvangen de deelnemers speciale nominatieve certificaten tijdens een interessant protocol dat dateert uit 1783. We eren de eeuwenoude traditie en vieren de vlucht met champagne en snoep!

I was so happy with my birthday celebration at Skyball! 🥰 Spending this special day up in the sky with my friends was such a unique and unforgettable experience. Flying with Skyball was a magical experience that everyone should try at least once. The emotions are simply indescribable. Our flight took place over Garni, where we enjoyed breathtaking views. We even sipped champagne during the flight. After landing, it was fascinating to hear the story of the very first hot air balloon flight and take part in a special ceremony that made me a “countess”🤭💛
I went there with my friends, and it turned out to be one of the best experiences of my life. It’s a memory I’ll never forget. Standing up there, I felt like I could breathe in the mountains and the whole country. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and for a moment, everything else disappeared. Every second, every effort, and every step it took to get there was completely worth it. If you have the chance, don’t hesitate. It’s more than just an activity—it’s a feeling that stays with you long after it’s over.
Amazing experience! If you’re not afraid of heights this is a must do! Very professional and genuinely friendly crew, very competent pilot (we had Manuk), and incredibly beautiful, peaceful experience. Breathtaking views!!! Definitely recommend!
It is not like you imagine - a flight with a balloon. After trying different activities, we can say that the balloon ride was truly pleasant. It was really well organized, with pickup, a sparkling glass and some fruit snacks at the end. We really loved it and recommend it, mentioning also that Manuknis a great professional. :)

The staff assigned to us was lovely and very attending to me and my husband the entire time, the view from the balloon was breath taking to say the least, a must go to definitely while in armenia!
