We halen je op bij je hotel, Airbnb of een andere locatie in Mexico-Stad. We nemen contact met u op om u het exacte ophaaltijdstip door te geven. Het is belangrijk om vóór de ophaaltijd klaar te staan om de ophaalprocedure te versnellen en op tijd op ons kantoor te arriveren. Staat uw hotel of locatie er niet bij? Reserveer dan uw plek en neem contact met ons op om de dekking te bevestigen; we hebben een uitgebreid dekkingsgebied in Mexico-Stad.
U arriveert bij onze ballonhaven, waar we u verwelkomen met koffie en koekjes, u een korte uitleg geven over het programma van de dag en u een veiligheidsvideo met instructies laten zien, zodat u optimaal van uw ervaring kunt genieten. Daarna gaan we naar de ballon waarin u zult vliegen; hier heeft u tijd om foto's te maken voordat u de vlucht maakt.
In een ontspannen en comfortabele sfeer geniet u van een heerlijk ontbijt onder een prachtige natuurlijke grot, bestaande uit een typisch gerecht uit de regio.
Vervolgens krijgt u een korte en interessante uitleg over de cultuur van Teotihuacan. Een gids zal vertellen over obsidiaan en de magueyplant, en u krijgt de mogelijkheid om typische regionale dranken zoals tequila, pulque en mezcal te proeven.
Je hebt maximaal 1,5 uur de tijd om de archeologische site van Teotihuacan te bezoeken. Tijdens je ballonvaart heb je de piramides al van bovenaf kunnen bewonderen, en nu kun je hun immense omvang vanaf de grond in je hart sluiten. (Toegangskaartje niet inbegrepen)
We brengen u terug naar hetzelfde hotel of dezelfde locatie waar we u in Mexico-Stad hebben opgehaald. We kunnen de afzetlocatie wijzigen, maar het is belangrijk dat u ons dit van tevoren laat weten.

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Als u de optie zonder vervoer heeft geboekt, delen we de locatie van onze ballonhaven een dag van tevoren met u, zodat u er zelf naartoe kunt reizen. Als u inclusief vervoer heeft geboekt, halen we u direct op bij uw hotel of Airbnb in Mexico-Stad. De ophaaltijd is tussen 4:10 en 5:00 uur 's ochtends in Mexico-Stad, zodat u om 6:00 uur met de eerste vlucht in Teotihuacan kunt aankomen. Voor de tweede vlucht is de vertrektijd tussen 6:00 en 6:30 uur in Mexico-Stad, met aankomst in Teotihuacan om 7:30 uur. LET OP: Houd er rekening mee dat beschikbaarheid een prioriteit is en dat uw ervaring altijd op de eerstvolgende vlucht plaatsvindt. Bij grote vraag wordt u ervan op de hoogte gesteld dat uw vlucht in het tweede vluchtslot zal plaatsvinden.

Amazing experience, cannot recommend this enough. Every step of the way was professional. Our guide spoke perfect english and our driver, while he didn’t speak english, provided a very safe, comfortable, and accommodating ride. Our hot air balloon captain too was safe and very precise through the flight and landing. There was not a moment in the experience that my partner or I felt anything but excited and very comfortable. We did bot fly directly over the pyramids but were expecting that could be the case. It is a ballon so it’s flight path is in part subject to the wind. There are also many other flights that take place at the same time, so the airspace can get crowded. Any negative reviews for not going over the pyramids lack sense imo. We still had a wonderful flight and great views of the pyramids btw!!
We had a great experience with Gran Vuelo Teotihuacán. Everything was very well organized, and they were punctual from start to finish, which made the whole morning chill. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to answer any questions we had. The balloon flight itself was an unforgettable experience, and everything felt safe and professionally managed. Great tour group. Very efficient and excellent communication. I would absolutely use them again in the future. The breakfast was awesome in the cave, the balloon flight was great, and the pyramids were wonderful.
