Bijeenkomst in Mexico-Stad - 04:30 uur Uw avontuur begint hier, wanneer u wordt opgehaald bij uw ontmoetingspunt in Mexico-Stad. Wij brengen u naar onze ballonhaven in Teotihuacan, klaar om u een unieke ervaring te bieden. Houd er rekening mee dat de transfertijden kunnen variëren, afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden en logistieke toewijzingen op de dag van uw ervaring.
06:00 uur - Aankomst in onze ballonhaven waar uw avontuur begint. Terwijl uw ballon wordt voorbereid, wordt u door ons team ontvangen met koffie en brood.
07:00 uur - Tijd om uw ervaring te beginnen, die 30 tot 40 minuten zal duren. Maak je klaar om onvergetelijke foto's te maken terwijl je door de lucht zweeft in een luchtballon.
08:00 uur - Landing en traditionele toost met de piloot om het succes van de vlucht te vieren.
08:20 uur - Elke deelnemer ontvangt zijn/haar vliegcertificaat met de naam en handtekening van de piloot.
08:40 uur - Ontbijt in restaurant "La Cueva" Na een onvergetelijke ervaring in de lucht gaan we naar het exclusieve restaurant La Cueva, gelegen in een 100% authentieke natuurlijke grot. Hier kunt u genieten van Mexicaanse gerechten, omringd door de magie van een pre-Spaanse grot.
10:00 uur - U krijgt een rondleiding van maximaal 2 uur door de archeologische vindplaats Teotihuacán/piramiden. U kunt de majestueuze archeologische vindplaats van Teotihuacán verkennen. U kunt de indrukwekkende piramides, de Piramide van de Zon en de Piramide van de Maan, bewonderen en u verdiepen in de geschiedenis en cultuur van deze fascinerende plek. Toegang tot de archeologische zone is inbegrepen in uw arrangement.
13:00 uur - Afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden brengen we u terug naar Mexico-Stad. U arriveert tussen 14:30 en 15:00 uur. Ophaallocaties en -tijden
De chauffeur wacht op u bij het ontmoetingspunt, bij de ingang van uw hotel of op de door u aangewezen ophaallocatie. Als uw hotel niet in de lijst staat, selecteer dan het Onafhankelijkheidsmonument als uw referentiepunt. Op de dag dat wij contact met u opnemen ter bevestiging, doen wij ons best om u in de dichtstbijzijnde beschikbare ruimte te plaatsen. De dag vóór de ervaring neemt de coördinator contact met u op om de exacte tijd te bevestigen, evenals de gegevens van de chauffeur en het kentekennummer van het voertuig.

It was a unique and wonderful experience worth repeating. The responsible of the pilot who operated the balloon, all the staff who attended us, the breakfast at La Cueva was spectacular. It was very good, they were super punctual, they were aware of everything and the experience was very good, the pyramids were very beautiful, the balloon pilot was super attentive in explaining everything to us

It was not a memorable experience, your customer service department is very efficient to quote and collect yet leaves much to be desired when your customers expose force majeure situations and request your help. The balloon flight was good and fun but upon arriving at the cave they had not even scheduled our visit, it was disappointing.

All of other balloons carried 4-6 people, our balloon carried 20 people excluding the pilot. Each section of the balloon had 5 people, it was extremely crowded and difficult to take photos, and even though we bought the drone package, the videos turned out badly because it was so crowded.

My fiancé and I went to Mexico and purchased the entire experience, including the breakfast buffet. The fly experience was great, but the food made us very sick. The health conditions at the breakfast buffet were not good. They placed a plastic liner between the chafer's tray and the food so the heat of the sternos reacted with the plastic, contaminating the food. I contacted them to let them know about this experience. They contacted me and offered to cover the medical bill or compensate the cost of the video and photo package. I agreed, and they did not contact me again after all. I hope they will take my bad experience and fix all the issues I commented on for future visitors!

Quiero expresar mi insatisfacción con la experiencia del 1 de enero con Sky Balloons. Reservamos tres entradas para un paseo en globo, pero mi mamá, de 67 años, se enfermó y no pudo asistir. A pesar de avisar en la madrugada, nos cobraron las tres entradas. El servicio al cliente fue deficiente. La última persona que nos llamó al teléfono +525580972716 fue grosera y se justificó con mentiras, sin ofrecernos ninguna solución. Aunque entendemos que hubo cambios logísticos, notamos que en todas las canastas iban cuatro personas, por lo que no vemos cómo hubieran acomodado a una más. Además, en el carro que nos recogió tras el aterrizaje, tuvimos que ajustarnos e irnos con el capitan y los chicos de logistica, y no entiendo cómo hubieran incluido a mi mamá. Lo más frustrante fue que, después del globo, una persona ocupó el lugar tanto en el bus, como en el resto del tour (entrada a las piramides), lo que prueba que no incurrieron en costos adicionales significativos. Esto es inaceptable y una gran decepción. No recomendaría esta experiencia a nadie. I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience on January 1st with Sky Balloons. We booked three tickets for a hot air balloon ride, but my mother, who is 67 years old, fell ill and could not attend. Despite notifying them early in the morning, we were charged for all three tickets. The customer service was inadequate. The last person who called us at the phone number +525580972716 was rude and justified themselves with lies, offering us no solutions. While we understand that there were logistical changes, we noticed that all the baskets accommodated four people, so we don’t see how they would have fitted one more. Additionally, in the vehicle that picked us up after landing, we had to squeeze in, and I don’t understand how they would have included my mother. The most frustrating part was that, after the balloon ride, one person took up the spot both on the bus and for the rest of the tour (entrance to the pyramids), which proves that they did not incur any significant additional costs. This is unacceptable and a huge disappointment. I would not recommend this experience to anyone.
Took this tour today and had a good time. First time in a hot air balloon. Breakfast was good along with tour and access to the pyramids.
