A QR code is requested on location. No qr received. then a few labels go on your bag that you have to photograph. Communication on site is poor. Kindness is missing . you get what you pay for. nothing more
Good location in the street diagonally opposite the entrance / exit Gare du Nord. Easy online booking. Fast drop-off and collection of suitcases. It works! Thanks!
Was travelling to Disneyland but wanted to see Paris first. The luggage drop off is across the road from the station. Made traveling around so much easier
Very convenient. The storage location was right outside of the train station. It’s a store location with staff who secure your belongings. I’d recommend you old leave a fully zipped suitcase and no totes, backpacks, etc.
Excellent place, nicely received, close to Gare du Nord. Flexible arrangements to make. Place to rest a little before departure.

Excellent, easy to drop off took picture and Just showed a picture of luggage on pick up and off we went. Easier than getting a ticket for the Metro!
I ended up paying twice for service. I never even got. That was because I was not able to change my Mistakenlyentered date from tomorrow to today. So I had to buy again for today. However, once I got to the drop off point, a sweet shop, they said they were not the drop off point and they took me two shops down to a travel agency. But there was no one at the travel agency. It was closed. I ended up going to the train station.

Efficient and great location for euro star. Check in was easy, bags were secure and retrieval was simple making it a great option to explore Paris with no bags. Next to metro as well.
