Toon uw identiteitsbewijs of de bevestigingsmail en wij slaan uw bagage veilig op voor de dag. Wanneer u klaar bent om uw koffers op te halen, keert u terug naar hetzelfde ontmoetingspunt. Op vertoon van uw identiteitsbewijs of de bevestigingsmail nogmaals, en uw spullen worden snel aan u teruggegeven. Dit eenvoudige proces zorgt ervoor dat u kunt genieten van de bezienswaardigheden en ervaringen van Madrid zonder dat u uw koffers hoeft te dragen. Everything was very good and correct; nice place and beautiful.
This was a great experience for us! Our reservation was actually for a different location. But, the last communication I received sent us to this address. And, they were very welcoming and helpful with the luggage!
Simple, easy, very friendly staff, peace of mind that we knew where our luggage would be and that it would be safely locked up for the afternoon while we were touring, waiting for the next train. We could have found a place when we arrived, but it was better for us to have a definite plan ahead of time and we knew this location was close to where we had to meet our tour group.
The luggage storage in Madrid was very easy to use, safe, and in a great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Perfect solution to enjoy the city hands-free before our flight.

Cheap, the location is close to the sol square, the location is good, the subway station is also close, and the reception staff of the luggage storage hotel is super nice, the experience is great.
We used the one in T4 of Madrid airport at the arrivals floor. Very easy to find right at the end of the building. They scan the bags and give you the ticket that you pay when you pick them up. The charge is per bag regardless of size, so I would recommend if you can put back bags in bigger suitcases to do it.

Easy. Simple. Booked online. No issues. Stored 3 suitcases for 12 days. No reason to be nervous. Will use again if I find myself in a similar situation with a inconvenient suitcase.
