Avondwoestijnsafari in Dubai met Dune Bashing-rit

De tour begint met ons voertuig dat je ophaalt vanuit je huis of hotel en je naar de buitenwijken van de woestijn brengt. Hier begint je spannende woestijnreis in een 4x4-voertuig dat je meeneemt op een ritje op de duinen. Ervaar je adrenaline hoog omhoog gaan terwijl het zand rond je voertuig veegt en je cascade op de steile zandduinen. Eenmaal aangekomen op de woestijncamping, kunt u genieten van uw tijd door op een kameel te rijden, een gearomatiseerde shisha te roken, de traditionele Arabische koffie te drinken, te genieten van de boeiende buikdans en Tanura-dans. Mis de kans niet om adembenemende foto's van de woestijn in uw camera te maken, vooral tijdens zonsondergang. De kleuren van de ondergaande zon op het zand zouden je betoverd achterlaten. Daarnaast kun je de traditionele kostuums uitproberen, een henna-tatoeage krijgen en genieten van een heerlijk dinerbuffet.

Vertrekpunt: Centraal gelegen hotels in Dubai. Ophaaltijd : 14:30 - 15:00 uur (14:30 - 15:00 uur) Vanaf de eerste dag van de Ramadan worden buikdansvoorstellingen opgeschort. Alcohol wordt niet geserveerd gedurende de Ramadan. Tijdens onze activiteiten wordt alleen entertainment muziek gedraaid. Shisha zal beschikbaar zijn. Tanoura shows en vuurshows zullen nog steeds beschikbaar zijn.

I had booked a desert tour through Rayna Tours. It had to be cancelled due to the Iran War. Unfortunately, we have not received a refund of the 300 Euros we paid for the tour even though it was promised to us. The support keeps requesting documents that do not exist even though they have proof of payment the the tour voucher as well as the contact information of the sales officer who booked us on the tour and keeps stalling the reimbursement process for 3 full months now which is extremely frustrating.

We booked this safari package through our hotel counter, and it turned out to be one of the costliest and worst experiences of our entire trip. Overpriced & Misleading: The package felt hugely overpriced for what was actually offered. Many items at the stop-over shops were ridiculously priced — for example, a souvenir bottle or Burj Khalifa-themed bottle cost over 250 AED, while the same item is just 35 AED in Old Dubai. A simple Ghutra was 60 AED, compared to only 10 AED locally. Activities Were Underwhelming: The camel ride was literally just 2 minutes — the camel walked only about 10 steps, and if you wanted more, you had to pay extra. Holding a bird cost 20 AED per person. The henna and tattoo service barely covered anything; they only wrote your name instead of doing a proper design. Food Was Terrible: The BBQ buffet was extremely limited, tasteless, and crowded. Guests had to make multiple trips to even get a small amount, and overall the dining experience was chaotic and frustrating. Transport Issues: Our car had a brake problem, which delayed us significantly. Thankfully, our honest driver, Ali, quickly arranged a replacement, but we were still the last ones to leave the campsite. The Few Positives: The only positive aspects were our honest and helpful driver Ali, and the dance & fire show at the camp. Overall: We strongly do not recommend this safari package. It is overpriced, poorly organized, and most activities feel like a scam to extract more money from tourists.

This was a disappointing experience after an excellent Abu Dhabi tour the previous day. In a nut shell, it was over priced, overrun with hoards of people, poorly managed dinner mayhem, very confronting and not enjoyable. Dinner should have started at 6.30, not 7pm !! The music volume so loud, you could not talk. Of course, the whole over commercialisaion, with so many other 'camps' with so many thousands of people, it has killed what could be an enjoyable, unique experience.

We had an amazing tour with Rayna Tours. The desert safari was excellent, and they have their own camps (two camps), which made the experience even better. Our driver was very friendly and professional. We chose the Platinum package, and the food was definitely worth it — much better quality. A special thanks to Fariha, who was great at assisting us with the booking and giving helpful recommendations. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we will definitely book again with Rayna Tours.

It was a best and amazing experience so far. Me and my family emjoyed alot in Dubai we were staying in address sky view hotel and met a guy Wafa abbas here at the travel desk. He was so helpful and kind. He made all our reservation of safari and atlantis park. One of the worst and extremely unsafe tour operators in the country. The food was pathetic and the sand dune drivers are arrogant and rude especially the driver in the car with number plate Z 44185 on the 1st of Jan 26 who didn’t let us wear seatbelt’s on our way back in spite of us insisting as he was in a hurry to drive. We were a group of 7 and had a 2 and 5 year old. he drove like he was dune bashing, and I banged my head to the top thrice, it was scary. I asked him to slow down but he spoke back saying that’s how you drive (even on the way back) He broke the queue to get out and all drivers then tried to cut us as they were annoyed! They would coerce you to take the buggy ride as they earn commissions on it. The only saving grace was their pick up driver who was excellent.

On December 30, 2025, I took a desert tour with the agency, with Jaffery as my driver. Upon arriving at the agency's premises, I took a buggy tour with my family. I was charged DHS 1300.00, the correct amount as agreed. However, the employee swiped my card WITHOUT MY SEEING, for DHS 2600.00, without my authorization, and took my money. I want my money back immediately. This is a matter for the police; I was robbed inside the agency's premises. I need my money back immediately. Guilherme da Silva Brandão Corrêa. Attached is my bank statement proving the unauthorized charge of DHS 2600.00. On December 30, 2025, I took a walk in the desert with the agency, having Jaffery as the driver. Upon arriving at the agency facilities, I took a buggy ride with my family. I was charged DHS 1300,00, correct value and as combined. However, the employee passed my ID card, worth DHS 2600,00, without my permission, and took my money. I want my money back immediately. Marketing and tourist proposal that makes use of the imagination on the desert, but organization by amateurs: up and down on a deserted road in a car of about ten minutes, a one-minute walk on the camel, buffet stormed without any management with inevitable crowds on every plate. Save show finale. Inadequately paid price and nothing adventurous and special to remember.

It was nice tour we had good experience with Rayna tours only thing is driver didn't asist us properly so we missed our sand bashing activity. But the culture show in the Rayna camp was awesome.
