Ontdek het verborgen leven van het bos na zonsondergang in Anura, op slechts enkele minuten van La Fortuna. Tijdens deze ongeveer twee uur durende nachttour wandelt u over veilige en goed onderhouden paden, terwijl uw gidsen u laten zien hoe de jungle verandert als de nacht valt. Met een zaklamp in de hand kun je roodogige kikkers, lichtgevende insecten, nachtvogels, reptielen en, met een beetje geluk, alligators in moerasgebieden observeren. Het pad is toegankelijk en omgeven door herstelde vegetatie. Op sommige punten laat de gids de groep stoppen om te luisteren naar en te observeren welke geluiden en patronen pas na zonsondergang zichtbaar worden. Deze tour is ideaal voor gezinnen, natuurliefhebbers en fotografen en combineert het leren over ecologie en natuurbehoud met de opwinding van het ontdekken van wilde dieren die 's nachts actief zijn. - De rondleiding van 20:15 uur kan vermoeiend zijn voor kinderen, en vanwege het late eindtijdstip kan het lastig zijn om om 22:15 uur, wanneer de rondleiding is afgelopen, nog een Uber of taxi te krijgen. We raden u aan om uw ophaalservice van tevoren te regelen.

We saw 13 different frogs/toads, a snake and a sloth! The tour guide Roberto was excellent, very knowledgeable about the wildlife and plants. Loved this tour, my favorite tour in costa Rica. Worth it!

Very cool night walk out in the rainforest. Our guide made sure that we saw slithers, as well as frogs, a porcupine, and a cayman. The place is a little far out of town in the middle of nowhere so best to book if you have a car

This experience was so awesome and nothing like we’d ever done before. It was just my fiancé and I so our tour guide, Shayla, let us start early because she wanted to make sure we saw the sloth that was out!! She even made sure we got a perfect picture of it. The rain didn’t stop us- if anything it brought more out. She was so knowledgeable on every single animal and plant we saw. She even knew where some of the animals routinely came back to sleep. I think it was the perfect length- a decent sized loop that passed several lagoons and even some cascades! We were so excited to have seen what we did and we got some awesome pictures!

Baby girl of 6 years old loved it. Glad it wasn’t canceled even though it was raining. The rain added to the experience. We saw snake, frogs, lizards, alligator, birds. Definitely recommend it. Our guide was great.

Incredible tour! Alberto is so knowledgeable and passionate about his work. We saw so many amazing animals and learned so much about each one. He was great with our 7 and 10 year old kids.
