Excellent experience with David, Elena, and Gloria. Very knowledgeable tour guides and informative and interesting tour of Segovia and Avila. For pickup we were going to be 5 min late and weren’t able to reach the company number that was provided on our booking. A taxi driver that drove us to the point of pick up was finally able to contact them at 9:02 by searching the company and they had to connect with the bus driver who said they left. We told them we see the bus because it was driving right past us at 9:06 but they said we are sorry, we cannot do anything about you getting on that bus. We will meet you there. We had to take a taxi all the way to Segovia which cost $142 to get there and we still waited for them there about 20 minutes. Somehow the bus was behind us. For me not to be able to contact the company easily from my own phone and for them to not call my phone at least once, leaving me behind with three children, in my opinion was a bit unprofessional. Other than that, the trip was great and the tour guides were excellent.
Our day tour of Ávila and Segovia was absolutely fantastic! The entire experience was seamless, and the views of both historic cities were breathtaking.The highlight of our trip was our guide, Gloria. She was incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and engaging, sharing fascinating history that brought every site to life. This tour is an absolute must-do if you are visiting Spain. Do not miss it!

He was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about the history and culture of every place we visited. He brought each site to life with fascinating stories and insights that made the experience far more meaningful than simply walking through the attractions. He struck the perfect balance between providing information and giving us time to explore on our own. A special thank you as well to our driver, Javier, who was exceptional throughout the day. The transportation was comfortable, punctual, and seamless, and Javier navigated everything flawlessly while always being friendly, professional, and accommodating. What truly set this tour apart was the combination of David’s expertise and Javier’s professionalism. Together they created a relaxed, enjoyable, and memorable experience for our entire group. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized, and we felt well taken care of every step of the way. This was easily one of the highlights of our trip to Spain. Well informed calm and fun English tour guide David. Was a very nice trip, the English group wasn't too big which was nice. It was a bit faster paced but there was enough time to look at everything or they waited for you. Definitely worth the price.
Great experience at both sites, the pace was just right. Our tour guide was David and he was funny. He also helped make sure we stayed in the shade as much as possible.
