Stap binnen in ons elegante Milanese familiehuis en geniet van een hands-on kookervaring waar u verse pasta, ravioli en authentieke tiramisu vanaf nul bereidt met recepten die liefdevol van generatie op generatie zijn doorgegeven. Grootmoeder Bruna en haar kleinkinderen volgden een opleiding aan het prestigieuze Paul Bocuse Instituut in Frankrijk, maar onze grootste inspiratie is altijd onze eigen familietradities geweest. Drie onvergetelijke uren lang kookt, lacht en deelt u verhalen voordat u gaat zitten om te genieten van de heerlijke maaltijd die u samen hebt gemaakt. I had a wonderful experience at the Authentic Pasta & Tiramisu Cooking Class in Milan. The class was fun, relaxed, and very well organized. Bruna was friendly, patient, and explained everything clearly, which made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. Making fresh pasta and tiramisu ourselves was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Milan. We learned a lot, had a great time, and the food turned out delicious. I would highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Milan and looking for an authentic Italian cooking experience!
Great Activity! Paulo was a very good teacher and the recipes were well explained and fun to do! They all tasted delicious too! Highly recommend this activity and look forward to trying it at home!!

We loved it! We made tagliatelle, ravioli, and tiramisu, and it was not only an entertaining event but also educational, and the food was incredibly delicious. Mattheo was our teacher, and we had an incredibly good time :)

Something close to the perfect arrangement. It was super well organized, you learned a lot in a cosy environment and the food was delicious! Pietro was good at mediating and there was plenty of time to learn.

The room was very small and at some point quite warm. Our teacher did her best and explained well. Making the pasta was a nice experience, eating it was even better. If you don't drink wine you are not offered a soft drink, than you just drink water. But for 75 euros I would expect more hospitality. Also, if you rhink that you will be able to do every step of the cooking, you will be disappointed. A lot of steps are done by the teacher and just shown. This will be enough for many people, but as someone who loves cooking I was a bit disappointed. Now I realise that in that room it is simply not possible, but then I think the price asked is way too much.

Our classes are designed as a fun, social cooking experience, where guests learn the traditional techniques while working together with the teacher. As with any group class, some steps are demonstrated by the instructor to ensure everyone can enjoy the experience and the food is prepared properly. Very pleasant and to-the-point guidance. Fun facts about making your own pasta, the taste is 1000x better and more refined than bought (fresh and dried) pasta. Highly recommended to do alone or with a group.
