Het is een route die is ontworpen om Italië te doorkruisen met de liefde voor pasta en de smaken ervan, de geschiedenis en de unieke cultuur van elke regio van ons prachtige land. Als je alle culinaire trucjes ontdekt, is het ongelooflijk hoe met slechts enkele eenvoudige producten een unieke lunch of diner kan worden gecreëerd, mede dankzij alle seizoensproducten van topkwaliteit en jouw handen begeleid door onze chef-koks. Het is geen demonstratie. Geen probleem voor vegetariërs of intoleranten, de optie is inbegrepen, laat het ons weten in de boekingsnotities en wij zorgen ervoor. De sfeer is er echter een van feest en familie, en de pasta is om deze reden magisch. Afhankelijk van de beschikbaarheid van de chef-koks kan de les ook in het Spaans en Duits worden gegeven.

The chief the place the food everything was just perfect! If you’re looking for a fun spot to do a cooking class without the fuss and buss is really leaving the city of Florence and heading deep into the countryside this is great experience
No German tour guide and a lot of waiting around. Not involved in the court until the end.
Liebe Freunde, es tut uns leid, diese Aussagen zu hören. Ich bin der Inhaber und habe den Kurs selbst in meiner Muttersprache Deutsch abgehalten. Unsere interaktiven und praxisorientierten Gruppenkurse werden von allen sehr geschätzt. Wenn ihr nicht in einer Gruppe mit Menschen aus aller Welt teilnehmen möchtet, bieten wir auch private Kochkurse an! Unsere Schule ist dafür bekannt, Kurse in sechs verschiedenen Sprachen anzubieten, aber wenn die Teilnehmer nur eine Sprache sprechen, ist es natürlich schwierig, sich mit den anderen zu verständigen. Wir hoffen, euch bald wiederzusehen. Francesco

Pasta class was delicious. Fun from start to finish. Learned how to make fresh pasta, had lots of laughs and enjoyed incredible food . Enjoyed some wine too!

What an enjoyable class! Chef Francesco was a great instructor with a great sense of humor. We learned how to make tagliatelle, ravioli and gnocchi. We also learned some useful tips for making bolognese sauce and cutting vegetables. All in our party of 4 enjoyed this experience.

Very thorough and organised cooking class My mother and I were very lucky there was only another couple in our group which made it very intimate and relaxing We got to learn quite a few ways of making different sources and different pastas with an added chicken dish as our main and a pancotta for dessert

The chef Stephano was amazing! A fantastic chef and a marvelous teacher. He instructed us in detail about the foods we used and cutting techniques. He made the class fun!

It was a great experience, which we cooked together with Francesco during the pasta course today. Francesco taught us to cook fettuccine, ravioli, gnoccis with different sauces. It was so much fun and the food tasted delicious. We are looking forward to cooking this at home again, because you get the recipes with :-). We can recommend the course 100%!!!
