So wonderful! We made ravioli, gnocchi, fettuccini and pannacotta from scratch. Location and kitchen were perfect. Chef owner was a first rate, entertaining instructor. The food was delicious. If you are even thinking about it, book it!

Unsere Schule ist dafür bekannt, Kurse in sechs verschiedenen Sprachen anzubieten, aber wenn die Teilnehmer nur eine Sprache sprechen, ist es natürlich schwierig, sich mit den anderen zu verständigen. What an enjoyable class! Chef Francesco was a great instructor with a great sense of humor. We learned how to make tagliatelle, ravioli and gnocchi. We also learned some useful tips for making bolognese sauce and cutting vegetables. All in our party of 4 enjoyed this experience.

Very thorough and organised cooking class My mother and I were very lucky there was only another couple in our group which made it very intimate and relaxing We got to learn quite a few ways of making different sources and different pastas with an added chicken dish as our main and a pancotta for dessert
