Te warm voor een gewone fietstocht? Wil je Austin op een nieuwe en opwindende manier ervaren? Deze ELEKTRISCHE fietstocht is voor jou! Bekijk Austin's favoriete muurschilderingen, bezienswaardigheden en geschiedenis tijdens deze reis, aangedreven door een e-bike met trapondersteuning. De 'Ik hou zoveel van je'-muur, het Barton Springs-zwembad, het South Congress, het centrum en nog veel meer zijn allemaal binnen handbereik! Halverwege de tour stoppen we voor koffie/bier/snacks (niet inbegrepen) op een lokale plek in Austin.

Klanten arriveren 15 minuten vóór aanvang van de tour bij Barton Springs Bike Rental & Tours. Ze worden vervolgens op een elektrische fiets met trapondersteuning gemonteerd en bespreken de bediening en veiligheid. De tour begint door richting de beroemde Barton Springs Pool en het Zilker Park-gebied te gaan. Het volgende is het Stevie Ray Vaughan Memorial en de wijk Bouldin Creek. Ga vervolgens naar het zuiden van Austin om de 'Greetings from Austin' en de zeer populaire 'I love you so much'-muurschilderingen te bekijken. Het adembenemende uitzicht op de Austin Skyline vanaf South Congress leidt de tour naar het centrum. Hier rijden de klanten door de stad richting de Congress Bridge, de thuisbasis van de vleermuizen en de hoofdstad van de staat. Halverwege de tour stoppen we voor koffie/snacks (niet inbegrepen) op een lokale plek in Austin. Alle fietsen zijn bij de prijs inbegrepen, evenals water tijdens en na de tour. Helmen zijn verplicht. Zorg ervoor dat je comfortabele schoenen meeneemt om te fietsen en je camera voor alle geweldige fotomomenten.

An excellent morning out with Rob on the Austin E Bike tour. Very informative and we saw so much of the city and other areas. Highly recommended!
Great afternoon bike ride with Toby. We covered a lot of Austin in the three hours and were introduced to sights and trivia that only a local can provide. Thank you Toby for a great afternoon.

First time in Austin decided to do a tour of the city via bike tour. Our tour guide Peter was amazing. He has so much information about the whole city. Highly recommend him!
Although the weather is hot, Peter is good, he take care of safety and lot of jokes throughout. He has a good trick on photo as well

I was very impressed with this tour. I thought we were going to ride around Barton Springs but we ended up riding 9.98 miles all the way to the Capitol building and around downtown after riding around Barton Springs. The electric bike made it so easy and I never felt fatigued. The tour operator brought plenty of water, and that was very welcome, but we also stopped at a couple of places to get food/water/refreshments along the route. This tour was definitely worth it and I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys riding around on a bike. (They also have one of the softest dogs at the shop. She's a good girl.)
This electric bike tour covered a lot of ground! We went from Barton Springs all the way up to the Capitol. It was definitely the highlight of my trip.
Parking was a bit of a challenge, but otherwise a great central location near the heart of the city center. The staff was friendly, our tour guide (Zac) was professional and informative, and the bikes were in good condition. Our 3-hour bike tour covered a lot of ground and some key spots, I felt satisfied that we received a good overview of the city. There were only two of us on the tour, both of us were introverts, so the tour was a little subdued. But otherwise a good tour and highly recommended.
