Tijdens de hele reis, van ophalen tot afzetten, wordt u verzorgd door een gekwalificeerde Engels sprekende chauffeur die u een veilig en comfortabel gevoel geeft. Wij zorgen voor comfortabel vervoer in een kleine groep van maximaal 8 personen. U kunt meer tijd besteden aan het leren over cultuur en geschiedenis in plaats van in een lange rij te staan voor tickets. Voor last-minute boekingen worden de ophaaltijden één dag vóór de tour na 15.00 uur bevestigd. Hotelophalingen zijn meestal tussen 06.00 uur en 08.00 uur.

Het ophalen van het hotel vindt 1,5 uur voor de geplande tourtijd plaats. Wij zorgen voor een veilige rit met een Engels sprekende chauffeur in een comfortabele auto/minibus in een groep van maximaal 8 personen. De route van Krakau naar Auschwitz duurt 1,5 uur.
De chauffeur brengt je naar de ingang en geeft je tickets. Dan krijgt u een veiligheidscontrole vergelijkbaar met die op de luchthaven. ID-kaarten worden ook gecontroleerd. De tour vindt plaats in een 30 persoons groep met een lokale Gids. Elke deelnemer krijgt een koptelefoon. Het eerste deel van de tour is Auschwitz 1 - het duurt ongeveer 2 uur.
Na een pauze van 15 minuten, korte transfer naar het tweede deel van het museum - Birkenau.
Na de rondleiding brengen we u terug naar het hotel.

Max was a great help throughout the whole day
I went on the trip today with my two daughters and thoroughly enjoyed it. The pickup was prompt and on time, and our driver Max was amazing, friendly and very knowledgeable, talking to us all the way there. Our guide was Magna who was also very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. Thoroughly enjoyed our day and it was very good value for money.
Such an amazing and humbling experience. Pick up from and back to the door of your hotel in a very comfortable van with full air conditioning (and heating as we all got soaked in the storm and had wet clothes on the return journey). Friendly but private excursion, maximum of 8 people in the van, which makes it more of a personal experience. Our tour guide at the memorial was exceptionally knowledgeable and really brought another layer to the experience. Only slight snag is we booked a tour for 12:00 but were told it would be a 1pm pick up but we did book at the very last minute (night before) so this could be the reason why. I would absolutely recommend this to everyone visiting this area!
This is just such a haunting and sobering experience. Our guide was amazing and clearly knew what she was talking about. It was a scorching 32c doing the tour so do bear in mind how hot it can get.
The visit was very rewarding and we got a very good guide. Booking the tour was easy via get your guide. We booked with transport and our driver, Max, contacted us for information on pick-up in good time. He also offered that you could buy a food package so we did, which was good because there is little time between the two shows. Max also arranged the tickets, that we came in a guided group, drove us between the two camps. Very smooth!

A very nice ride with a good driver in a premium vehicle. 15 minutes delayed pick up that was well informed by the driver (traffic issues). Were picked up at our Air b'n b apartment, straight out to Auschwitz, guided tour there, then out to Auschwitz Birkenau with the same guide, then back to the apartment in Krakow. Excellent!!!
