Uw reis begint met een handige hotel pick-up in een comfortabele 8 - zits minivan. Onze Engels sprekende chauffeur haalt u direct op bij uw accommodatie en brengt u naar het Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum, zodat u zich kunt ontspannen en concentreren op de ervaring die voor u ligt. Om rekening te houden met de toegangsschema 's van het museum kunnen de ophaaltijden variëren en kunnen ze op elk moment worden gepland tussen 05.00 en 14.00 uur. Exacte ophaalgegevens worden vóór uw tour verstrekt. In Auschwitz I en Auschwitz II-Birkenau heeft u de mogelijkheid om de bewaard gebleven kampeerterreinen te verkennen, originele barakken en tentoonstellingen te zien, over de historische spoorwegen te wandelen en meer te weten te komen over het leven van degenen die hier tijdens de Holocaust gevangen zaten. Onze chauffeur haalt u op bij uw hotel (of een adres in Krakau) en brengt u naar het museum
Eenmaal aangekomen in het museum heb je een pauze van 15 minuten en dan ga je samen met je Gids het museum binnen waar beveiligers die je ID-kaarten controleren je identiteit controleren.
Na het eerste deel van de tour heeft u een pauze van 15 minuten waarna onze chauffeurs u meenemen naar het volgende deel van de tour Auschwitz Birkenau waar u een tour van een uur heeft met uw Gids.
Na de tour brengt onze chauffeur u naar uw hotel of een andere locatie in Krakau naar keuze.

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Wij halen passagiers op van alle hotels en appartementen. Als uw hotel zich in het voetgangersgebied van de oude stad bevindt, stellen we de dichtstbijzijnde locatie voor waar we elkaar ontmoeten. Onze chauffeur wacht u op bij de receptie van het hotel of bij de ingang als het een appartement zonder receptie betreft. U hoeft alleen uw naam te zeggen en de reservering op uw smartphone te tonen. Na de tour zetten we je af op de door jou gekozen locatie.

Our driver, Mat, was very supportive throughout the trip and made sure we were comfortable the whole way. Our tour guide was also fantastic, clearly passionate about the subject and explained every detail with real enthusiasm. Overall a great experience thanks to both of them!
Our guide Magda was respectful, knowledgeable and efficient in communicating the most important parts of the Auschwitz sites. She set a good, manageable pace and allowed for questions and comments. Our driver Eugene was prompt, a wealth of knowledge, friendly and a safe driver.
