The night can be cold so dress warmly. Having a house to wait inside is extremely helpful. The hosts, Stella and Sean provided snacks, and hot drinks as we waited. It started out very cloudy, so be patient. The Northern lights did appear.
Professionally managed every step as advertised. Driver was courteous and arrived on time and stayed with us till we were satisfied and ready to return. We are very satisfied. Thanks, ABasu.
Weather conditions keep us from attending. I was impressed that the venue contacted us with the option to continue, reschedule or receive a full refund! We had friends that scheduled through Princess and were not treated so respectful. They had to attend or forfeit their money. So they went and saw nothing. For future excursions I will book everything through this agency!
Easy tour. The cottage is clean. There is a clean bathroom. The guide explains the location where we were possibly to see aurora. There was not good condition The day when I joined this tour. It showed a little bit color. They provide hot drinks. The choices are many. They provide snacks too. Very cozy. The windows are big enough to watch aurora view.
Be patient as it does take time to see the Northern Lights. Your guide will call everyone out to see when displayed. I went in February and it was cold so dress warm and bring hot warmers to keep hands warm.
Wonderful time to see the aurora! Great location and excellent host. Michael was very kind and he took professional pictures that he sent to us almost immediately, apart form the ones you can take with your cell or camera . The glass house is really warm, you can be in and out as you please. Highly recommended
Our tour guide, Michael, was prompt, friendly, and very helpful, especially when it came to taking photos for us. The glass viewing house itself is new, spotless, and beautifully warm — a huge advantage in the cold. What really stood out was the flexibility: we could relax inside with clear, panoramic visibility, then step outside instantly when the lights started dancing more intensely. That balance of comfort and immersion made all the difference. Experiencing something this magical without battling the cold allowed us to fully take it in. We left feeling both amazed and grateful — it’s a night we won’t forget. Thank you, Michael!
It can get quite cold, and there is no telling what nature will give you but you are likely to get a good show. They do a great job in having you in a safe and warm place to view from or stay warm between lights.
Great experience! The glass house was warm and comfortable, and the view of the northern lights was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially with photography tips. Highly recommend this tour!
Very nice host and house up on the Cleary Summit. Unfortunately clouds rolled in and we didnt get any aurora viewing that night.
