Armenistis Vuurtoren (Faros Armenistis) gebouwd in 1891 staat in zijn stilte, als een eerbetoon aan de rijke maritieme geschiedenis van Mykonos eiland terwijl het vandaag de dag volledig functioneel blijft. De strategische positie biedt een schilderachtig uitzicht op de omliggende gebieden en is zeker een bezoek waard om een gevoel van de fascinerende geschiedenis van het eiland te krijgen en te genieten van de spectaculaire schoonheid.
De ligging aan de noordkant van het eiland heeft het strand gevestigd als een paradijs voor windsurfers, omdat er bijna altijd een sterke wind waait. Ftelia is een geïsoleerde, zeer rustige plek en zelfs tijdens de drukke Mykonos maanden juli en augustus is het niet erg druk, want het is vaak vrij winderig en stoffig
Het rustige dorpje Ano Mera in het binnenland is de thuisbasis van het gerestaureerde 16e-eeuwse klooster Panagia Tourliani, dat heilige iconen en schilderijen herbergt in een witgekalkt complex met een opvallende klokkentoren en een marmeren fontein. Bakkerijen, taverna's en cafés met terrassen aan smalle geplaveide straatjes hebben een rustiek-chique sfeer. Wandelpaden leiden naar het omliggende landschap van rotsachtige heuvels en naar de nabijgelegen stranden.
Kalafatis op Mykonos is een van de mooiste stranden van het eiland, waar het gouden zand en het helderblauwe water een idyllisch landschap creëren. Het is een groot strand met goudkleurig zand en kristalhelder water dat een dromerige omgeving vormt. Sommige bomen bieden natuurlijke schaduw en koelte aan de gasten
Agios Ioannis in Mykonos wordt beschouwd als het mooiste strand aan de zuidwestkust van het eiland en beschikt over zacht zand en kristalhelder blauw water dat ideaal is om te zwemmen en snorkelen. Het strand is vernoemd naar het kerkje dat er net boven ligt. Weids uitzicht op het kanaal tussen Mykonos en Delos worden rijkelijk aangeboden, terwijl de zonsondergang vanaf daar ook uitzonderlijk is

My wife and I had an incredible experience on this ATV sunset tour and it was easily one of the highlights of our trip to Mykonos. Our guide Georgio was amazing from start to finish—friendly, knowledgeable, and so much fun to be around. He shared interesting history and local insights at each stop, giving us a real appreciation for the island beyond the typical tourist spots. He took us to the most beautiful viewpoints where we could see Mykonos from every angle and watch the sunset! He even offered great photo ideas and even helped us with poses so we could get the perfect shots together. Thanks to him, we left with not just memories—but amazing pictures too!

Our sunset ATV tour in Mykonos was absolutely amazing! Our guide was wonderful—friendly, fun, and made us feel completely safe throughout the ride. They led us through scenic routes, from charming villages to stunning viewpoints, and timed everything perfectly so we could watch the sunset over the Aegean Sea. My tour guide Giorgio was well mannered and provided a great experience whislt touring the Mykonos island. He explained the history and background of each landmark we stopped at which really gave a unique understanding of the Greek culture, adding to the experience.
