The reservation said, pick up at hotel. At 11:00pm. The day before received a notification from the guide to meet at a plaza near the hotel. One of the reason we book with this company was to be picked up at hotel. The contact phone number didn’t answer until almost the time of departure. Finally they decided to send a taxi to get us to the meeting point. The bus came half hour late. My husband and two other people speak English only, no one to explain instructions in English. The guide rush us the whole way. This not take on consideration some of us are older. They made us pay the entrance fee in advance, the guide had to give me the change back wish he never received back. Playing stupid. When on the top of the mountain I got altitude sick. Is required from them to bring oxygen, And you guess it he did not had it at that time. End up at the mountain small clinic. In our way back, wish is around 4 hours. My husband had to ask to stop to go to the bathroom. The guide made the bathroom stop optional. Ridiculous. Overall this company made it an poor experience. At arrival my husband new the guide was not going to give us the money difference he owed us so intentionally told him to keep the money he owed. I hope they get it how this whole trip, actions and service is managed on a dishonest manner.

De tour is een van onze exclusieve en innovatieve producten naar de berg van kleuren. In plaats van twee uur bergop te lopen wisselen we het voor het avontuur van het besturen van de ATV's totdat we bij de berg van kleuren komen, deze tour is een compleet avontuur voor een heel andere ervaring in het bezoek aan Vinincunca.

Onze grote tour naar de berg van kleuren in ATV's begint met ophalen bij de hotels van 4:15 tot 4:30 uur. Reis vervolgens bijna 3 uur met ons toeristisch vervoer naar 4200 meter boven de zeespiegel, arriverend om ongeveer 6:20 uur, waar ons heerlijke ontbijtbuffet op ons wacht. Na het ontbijt zal onze gids de nodige instructies geven om het grote avontuur in de ATV's te beginnen die naar qosqopata reizen (4900 meter boven zeeniveau) voor een gemiddelde tijd van 1 uur en vervolgens 35 minuten lopen, een afstand van 1,5 kilometer om het uitzichtpunt van de indrukwekkende berg van 7 kleuren (5038 meter boven zeeniveau) te bereiken. Bovenaan hebben we genoeg tijd om de mooiste foto's te maken want we zijn de eersten die de berg van kleuren bereiken. Perfect moment om foto's te maken, video's te maken en te genieten van de schoonheid van de kleur. Keer 25 minuten terug naar de plek waar we de ATV’s achterlaten en neem dan ieder onze ATV’s mee en keer terug naar waar onze heerlijke lunch op ons wacht. Terugkeer naar Cusco om 15.30 uur.

Rainbow mountain adventure
It was my first time riding an atv and that too up a mountain. I was inexperience but i did it slow and sure. Getting to the top was a little scary but once you reach the top the views were amazing. The tour provide breakfast and lunch so we could get some energy for the adventure that we were about to experience. The rainbow mountain was beautiful! It was definitely a bucket list strike off!

Adrenaline rush
Pick up and the whole experience was great. It was cold but fun. Better than walking to rainbow mountain. Jose Luis was a great guide he was helpful and made the experience worth it. He took pics for us and made sure we were always good.
