De ophaaltijd is afhankelijk van de locatie van uw hotel, maar is doorgaans tussen 06:30 en 08:30 uur. Uw ophaaltijd wordt uiterlijk 24 uur voor de datum van uw tour bekendgemaakt.

Although the activities themselves were good, the communication was awful and to be fair there are a few points that tarnished the trip. Firstly they don't tell you that you need $20 US for lockers, as you can't take backpacks or stuff on the activities. Also on each activity you have different guides and in total there were 16 guides, all who want tips. I know they are sort of optional, but it is a bit in your face. Also at lunch you are only offered tap water free with your meal, anything else you have to pay for. Not what I expect when paying $488 dollars for the both of us. The ATVs in my opinion aren't very well maintained and several of them had insufficient brakes. Overall fun, but could be better. The communication of what we were doing, what we needed to wear and when was lacking.
I found the start very friendly and knowledgeable, especially our tour guide. donette was excellent and very helpful. The two guys on the zip line Shaquille and his colleagues were fanatic. the horse riding was so great I would ha e gone again strait way even though I was nervous about getting on a horse.
This was a great tour. There is a weight limit for the horses but overall it was a good experience. Highly recommend it
There were huge delay gaps in the staging of the various events. This was complicated by the tour host not allowing changes and giving no refunds. Within minutes of making the reservations, I realized they did not refund or allow changes. I had mistyped and entered 8 instead of 12 guests. When I attempted to add the other 4 they would not allow the change. I got the same result. Each event was good, except the ATV. We did not know the restrictions on the event. We were also unaware of the weight limit on the horses.
Was told to be in the lobby at 6:30 AM for pickup bus the bus didn’t show up until 7:30 then the driver told me I wasn’t on his list another bus would pick me up no one never showed. Customer service was quick with offering a reschedule or refund I choose refund I received my money back instantly.
Hi Charles, We spoke on the phone regarding your reservation during your stay at your hotel. For this excursion, initially, even though you were advised that pick-up is offered from your hotel at 6:35 AM, you had arranged your own transportation, and you were provided with all the details for where to meet, the check-in process and at what time you should arrive at the latest. Unfortunately, on the morning of your tour, you called at 6:34 AM communicating your arranged driver was not responding to your calls and you would like to join the shuttle, I said it should be possible since the shuttle had not arrived at your hotel as yet and send the notice to the dispatcher even though it was literally a last-minute request. Regrettably, your driver did not receive the information intime and he did not stop at your lobby as you were not on his list for pick-up. Other guests at the Reggae and Palace lobby were picked up. The shuttle that showed up at 7:30 AM was for a different tour and your name would not have been on that pick-up list. We spoke again on the phone, and I apologized after checking with the transportation team, understanding the driver had already left when the notice of your request to use the shuttle service was received. I extended the offer to reschedule you to the next day or provide a full refund and you choose the refund option which was initiated right away. Confirmation of your refund was emailed a few hours later after a brief follow-up with your booking agency.
Great trip value for the money the staff are great this is how second time there and it was just a good as the first
When visiting Jamaica, I knew we were limited on time and there was so much we wanted to see and do. My family and I wanted to hit the main attractions in the short amount of time that we were visiting, so we booked this excursion. It is a lot to do in one day, but it is worth it all in the end. Jerome our tour guide was very hospitable,nprofessional and caring.
Was a really great experience. Jerome was our trip guide and he was awesome. We had a great time with all the guides. My favorite was the ATVs with Jarrado and a few other guys but I can’t remember their name.
This was truly a fun filled day! We did horseback riding & ATV 1st. Then we were taken to a restaurant for lunch. From there we went to Dunn's River Falls & zip line (in which I wish I would have zip lined). It was well worth the money. All the guides were very patient & caring. I highly recommend this excursion as a must do!
Great day in Ocho Rios. We were picked up from our hotel around 8am in nearby Runaway Bay. The horse ride was fantastic, our tour guide Conrad was super accommodating and made sure we were comfortable with our bourses. The ATV drive was super fun, we ended at the beach for some nice photos. Then we were taken to a nice jerk chicken lunch where you could do some souvenir shopping. Then we went to Duun’s fall on a fun Bob Marley themed bus. The zip line and climb were fun. However with the climb there will be very limited time to take nice photos at the falls, you’ll get some photos from the company taking group photos, but nice individual photos at the fall will be hard to take, unless you come back on your own or opt out of doing the climb and exploring on your own. Overall great experience, tour does a great job accommodating tourists. We had a bit of a hick up on the return to our hotel at the end of day and had to wait for a few people to return from their excursions but we were returned to our pickup spot by end of day. Would 10/10 recommend.
