Begin met een comfortabele pick-up van uw hotel en een schilderachtige rit langs de kustlijn. Alle groepen zijn kleine groepen tot 6 personen..Je eerste stop is een lokale bakkerij, bekend om zijn verse taarten Geniet van traditionele spanakopita, romige bougatsa en een vers gezette Griekse koffie en ontmoet de lokale bevolking die hetzelfde doet! Ga verder naar het spectaculaire meer Vouliagmeni, een natuurlijk thermaal meer dat beroemd is om zijn warme, helende water. Ontspan en zwem in deze schilderachtige omgeving, laat de "SPA" vissen je dode huid opeten en maak levenslange foto's. Na uw duik gaat u naar een door een familie gerunde taverna op enkele meters van het water. Probeer authentieke gerechten, huisgemaakte maaltijden gecombineerd met wat wijn, een koud biertje of wat ouzo. Voordat uw dag ten einde loopt, geniet u van een zoete stop voor loukoumades, de beroemde Griekse honingpufjes die warm worden geserveerd met honing of chocolade. Spyros was amazing - who has great energy! He was very accommodating to what we wanted to do or see. He shared some great stories and information of the places we visited. The lake was lovely and so were the delicious honey puff Loukoumades to end the day.
This was by far the best tour I did in Athens! Our guide, Spiros, was absolutely fantastic. He made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the day and was so friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about sharing information and interesting facts about Greece and the Athens Riviera. Every part of the experience was incredible from the locations to the delicious food and the excellent organisation. I’ll definitely be recommending this tour to all of my friends and family. The tour started off amazing with great communication and on time arrivals. Our tour guide Spiro was absolutely amazing and told us a lot of history about Athens and made the journey a blast. The restaurants and bakery stops are amazing and everything is well organised. Would highly recommend.
Spiros was an incredible tour guide! He took us along the beautiful Athens coastline, showed us some amazing local beach spots, and gave us an authentic experience that we never would have found on our own. He started our tour with a traditional Greek breakfast at a local bakery and finished it at another bakery where we got to try authentic Greek donuts—absolutely delicious! Lunch was fantastic as well, and every stop felt thoughtfully chosen. Traveling with a family can sometimes be challenging, but Spiros was incredibly patient, kind, and accommodating with our children. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the area and shared so much interesting history and local insight throughout the day. If you're visiting Athens and want to experience the city like a local, I can't recommend Spiros highly enough. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Greece!
Perfect half day trip! Eric was our guide and he was very personable and fun to have as a guide. The lake was amazing and food was so delicious. The stop at the beach for lunch was a total gem. I would definitely recommend over and over.
Spiros is amazing, very knowledgeable about Riviera area and showed us around some wonderful beaches and scenic landscapes. Lake Voulegmeni was a unique and special experience, if you stand still in the shallow part you get a nice pedicure from the fish. Great value and brilliant service from a very friendly tour guide. Great for anyone who wants to see another aspect of Athens. Delicious food too and small group tour for a personalised experience.
We had the best experience with our tour guide, Spyros! He treated us like family and made it his priority to give us the best day possible. He truly cares about your experience and gives 110%. He shared a wealth of knowledge from the area, found the best spots for pictures, and took us to several local spots with incredible food. Our tour guide, Eric, was great! The food we tried was very good. We enjoyed eating at a beachfront restaurant after swimming in the lake. The tour had no control over this but I would say that even though the lake is a thermal lake, it was not very warm to my family. Our tour was in May so the water may be warmer in later months.
