They did not show up, I had to make immediate other transportation arrangements with the hotel instead.

Our driver was outstanding. He met us inside the hotel and helped us w luggage at the hotel and airport. He was so helpful.

Our driver picked us up on time from our hotel, called ne when he arrived. He was able to take us directly to the cruise terminal, no extra walking.
