I never received a contact number for the transfer company from TripAdvisor. When we arrived at the airport, the driver was missing, and I searched everywhere but couldn't find anyone from the company. As a result, I had to hire a private shuttle for $130 to get to our hotel. Just as we were nearing the hotel, the driver called to say he was at the airport, and I had received no prior communication from him. I plan to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

They messed up the arrival date. All of the confirmations were for June 11. They did not show up. I called the operator and they said they confirmed for the wrong date and to take a regular taxi to hotel and ask for refund. Very disappointing

We had a very good experience with our airport pick up. Our driver Claudia was great at communicating where to meet her. Our flight came in early and she was there to pick us up on time. I would recommend this service!

The driver was very nice, the vehicles are very small. We had larger bags because we are on a 10+day cruise/trip into Greece. There were 4 of us with 4 large bags and by some miracle our bags fit but not much anything else. We had carry ons on our lap. The picture of the van on the booking is misleading. Be aware they have very small cars in Europe but the driver was friendly and helped everything fit.

Had a communication issue at the Airport but that was partially my fault! Ionnis , my Driver found us & Had our name on a placard . He was very kind & engaging , providing us with Greek Culture throughout our travel time from Athens Airport to our Hotel in Piraeus. I most certainly recommend this Service.

Company didn’t contact us as stated in the description to confirm the flight details 24 hours before. I booked numerous transfers and have always heard from the company prior to. I was pretty much stranded and someone helped me locate UBER/Taxi service which was almost double the price.

Driver did not respond to multiple call and what's app calls. never showed up had to take a taxi. Have filed for a full refund

This service worked out very well. The driver was very courteous. The best part was the fact that he waited for over an hour for us due to long lines at customs. Very please with this service.

Valentino was our driver. It took us a while to be able to access internet when arriving at the airport, but he was patient was we awaited the lengthy passport line and luggage retrieval. Then, it was Independence Day and most roads were blocked for a parade. Valentino took extra time to find back streets and a route to get us to our hotel! What a great young man! Thank you!

Just be sure to consider time to clear immigration & luggage, & use text pr WhatsApp if you don't have international calling plan. Our driver was on-time, clear communication throughout the process, smooth pickup, no issue. Van was roomy, for people & luggage! No worries there! I'd recommend their service.
