- De elektrische fietsen zullen al het harde werk uit je rit halen. We hebben routinematig renners die het spectrum van leeftijd en conditie overspannen. De belangrijkste vereiste is dat je gecoördineerd en fit genoeg bent om een 55-pond-fiets in balans te houden. Aan het begin van elke tour wordt een training en oefensessie gegeven. Voor mensen die graag op tournee willen, maar niet in staat zijn om een fiets in balans te brengen, is het mogelijk om een ritje te regelen op de achterkant van een van onze stretchfietsen, die wordt bestuurd door een andere persoon in uw groep.
- Juridisch gezien moet u 16 jaar of ouder zijn om een elektrische fiets te besturen. Gidsen behouden zich het recht voor om een leeftijdsbewijs van een rijder aan te vragen. Rijders moeten ook minstens 5 voet lang zijn om hun eigen fiets te besturen. Gasten jonger dan 16 mogen rijden als passagier met een volwassene in hun groep op de achterkant van een van onze bakfietsen of in een kinderzitje (voor kinderen van 1-6 of maximaal 48,5 pond).
- Tours zijn onderworpen aan gunstige weersomstandigheden. Als er lichte regen valt in de voorspelling, maar geen aan het begin van de tour, beslissen we samen op het moment van de tour of we moeten rijden. We zullen regenponcho's en regenbeschermers leveren voor de opbergzakken op de fietsen om je spullen te beschermen. Bij annulering vanwege slecht weer, krijgt u de mogelijkheid om een alternatieve datum of volledige restitutie te geven.

Such a great way to see Asheville! We had a beautiful sunny day and got to cover a lot of ground. The places the tour took us to we didn’t have on our agenda, so I’m really glad we did this tour and got to learn more about the city.
Trip had to be cancelled due to torrential rain but Torin kindly drove me to the hop on bus tour instead and on the way showed me some of the places we would have seen and gave me excellent insights into Ashevilles history. So impressed by his kindness. Money refunded same day no hassle.

We really enjoyed the tour as we had never been to Ashville. We stopped at a mall and hotel that were both super cool. Josh was a great guide. We would do the tour again. We were disappointed by a couple things. First, we both had white e-bikes and they did not function as they should. We have a lot of experience with e-bikes as we have owned a couple for about 5 years now. My bike was really hard to pedal with out the power boost and power levels one and two didn't feel any different. Power level three always worked as well as the throttle. I ride a 50 lb e-bike and it is easy to pedal with the motor off. I don't know why this bike was so hard to pedal. My wife also had problems with her bike and ended up only using the throttle. Both bikes had very squeaky brakes. I talked to Josh about my bike. He couldn't find anything wrong with it. The tour was supposed to be from 9:30-12:30. One couple were running late so the tour didn't start until 10am and we got back to the store about 12:23 so we did not get our three hours. We really liked Josh but we feel he should dress a little more professionally. I would not accept any white e-bikes if you do do a tour with this company. We would give the tour and Josh a 5 start rating and the bikes a 2 star.
