Klanten kunnen verwachten dat ons safarivoertuig op het afgesproken tijdstip aankomt, meestal vroeg in de ochtend op de eerste dag van de safari. Klanten die op hun voertuig wachten, moeten opletten voor een goed onderhouden safarivoertuig versierd met het Pocho Tours-logo. Onze voertuigen zijn ruim en comfortabel, uitgerust met grote ramen voor optimale wildlife viewing en fotografie mogelijkheden. Klanten moeten wachten bij het aangewezen ophaalpunt dat tijdens het boekingsproces is afgesproken. Deze locatie is vaak het hotel of de accommodatie van de klant in Arusha, waardoor gemak en gemak van vertrek voor het safari-avontuur wordt gegarandeerd. At the last minute, they asked me to cancel even though the deadline for the refund would no longer be valid. I was already on the plane, and they managed to resolve it, but despite that, it is stressful to think that you hire through an intermediary to have a better experience, and this is not the first time a provider has asked me to cancel. In this case, they sent my reservation with DANCING SIMBA, and my Safari was wonderful.
Fantastic experience and great guidance by Mika and Shedrack. They were professional, kind, efficient and fun. We really appreciate the behavior of these two great young men.
I recently did a safari tour with three friends through Serengeti, Tarangire, and Ngorongoro, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! Every destination had its own magic — from the endless plains of the Serengeti filled with wildlife, to the unique landscapes of Tarangire with its iconic baobabs, and finally the breathtaking views of the Ngorongoro Crater. The organization of the tour was excellent from start to finish. Everything ran smoothly — from the transport to the accommodations and the daily schedules. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about wildlife, which made the experience even more special. We felt safe, well taken care of, and completely immersed in the beauty of Tanzania. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a well-organized and memorable safari adventure!

The safari was excellent from start to finish. Our guide was incredibly attentive, always making sure we were comfortable and safe, and he provided great explanations about the wildlife, plants, and the environment. We booked an impressive safari through Pocho Tours. Everything went smoothly from airport pickup to departure. What is excellent is that Pocho Reisen was always available for me with all questions and wrote me back immediately. We felt very well looked after. The safari was beautiful with many animals, private only as a couple and with a unique balloon ride over the Serengeti. A big thanks also to our German speaking guide Nelson. We can only recommend to anyone such a safari with balloon ride.
