We were supposed to leave at 10 am. We arrived on time and they kept telling us the boat would be arriving in 10 minutes. 1 hour and 45 minutes later, we told them we couldn’t wait any longer and were leaving. We wasted an entire morning of our vacation.

However, our team remained in communication with you throughout the wait and informed you that the private boat was on its way to the pickup location. When the boat was arriving and pulling up to shore, the decision was made to leave before boarding. While we understand your disappointment with the delay, the private charter was prepared to proceed upon arrival. I booked a three-hour tour that was scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM, but by 11:32 AM, the guide was already taking us back. During that time, we were only taken to one location. When we asked to visit additional places as described in the tour listing, the guide refused. Additionally, the single location we were brought to appeared to be private property, and we were effectively trespassing. This made the experience uncomfortable and clearly not what was advertised. Overall, the tour did not match the description provided at the time of booking, and we did not receive the full experience we paid for. Based on these issues, I am requesting a full refund.

Despite this, we still accommodated you by arranging pickup directly at the cruise port by boat to ensure you could still participate in the tour. The experience was carried out, and once a tour has been completed and our boat and services have been used, a refund cannot be issued. Additionally, multiple stops were made during your tour, not just one. There is no private property along Aruba’s beaches or coastline—all areas visited are public. If there were any concerns during the tour, our captain would have been happy to clarify this at the time. We take pride in delivering the experience as described, and we also have photo and video evidence of your family enjoying the tour, including key moments during the trip. It’s unfortunate to see a claim that does not reflect the full experience provided.
The snorkeling was great. Our guide was spot on as to where to see different fish and turtles. They were 30 mins late on our departure but added it on the back end.

Our captain, Sandro, was amazing and made sure we had an excellent experience. We loved the sunken ship, swimming with turtles and seeing the many colorful fish! I’m giving this experience 3 stars because the description on Viator was not what we ended up getting. We were supposed to go to Mango Halto Beach but that wasnt possible. The meeting spot was also not clear and the boat was very old and not in great working condition.
