Argentijnse ervaring: meeslepend diner en wijnarrangement in Iguazú

Veel plezier terwijl je leert over het lokale eten en de cultuur! Dit onderscheidende interactieve diner voor avonturiers is een avondvullend arrangement, dat begint met een gezamenlijke activiteit waarbij het maken van een Malbec-cocktail aan onze gemeenschappelijke tafel plaatsvindt. Terwijl je aan onze gemeenschappelijke tafel zit, draag je schorten en koksmutsen en maak je kennis met medereizigers terwijl je begint met de kunst van het sealen van traditionele Argentijnse empanadas met behulp van verschillende 'repulga'-technieken - afgesloten met een wedstrijd! Het viergangenmenu begint met zelfgemaakte lokale delicatessen uit heel Argentinië, uiteraard met de bife de lomo (ossenhaas), geserveerd met verschillende bijgerechten, en hapjes. De proeverij bestaat uit geliefde gerechten zoals empanadas, chorizo, matambre, gegrilde provoletakaas, biefstuk en meer, zorgvuldig gecombineerd met drie verschillende wijnselecties. We eindigen de avond met uitleg over de fijne kneepjes van Yerba Mate, een traditionele hete theedrank doordrenkt van rituelen, etiquette en geschiedenis, aangevuld met zelfgemaakte alfajores.

Excellent gastronomic and cultural experience. The dishes were very tasty, and the wines were delicious. The friendliness and warmth of the team further enhance the moment, thanks to Malena, Ailén, and the entire kitchen and cleaning team.

Excellent hosts and excellent food. Made cocktails and empenadas and had fabulous food and wine served up to us. Host was very welcoming and good fun, also so knowledgable. I attended as a solo, but the host ensured that everyone interacted comfortably. This is held in a high quality restaurant and I would highly recommend for a true experience of Argentinian food, wine and hospitality.
This is a fun experience. Everything is done with excellence and all the food has a great presentation. It’s very interesting and it’s well explained in English as well as Spanish. I’m very glad I did it!
Very nice experience. It's worth it
That was the best dining experience I’ve had in Argentina or South America for that matter. A reasonably priced wine paired dinner with cultural explanations and insane flavours. We had the pleasure of Bruno guiding us through this once in a lifetime experience. 10/10 recommend!!
