Wandel over de grote lavastroom van de grote uitbarsting van de vulkaan in 1968, geniet op heldere dagen van het beste uitzicht op de Arenal-vulkaan en bewonder de prachtige regenwoudvegetatie die dit gebied omringt, waar enkele van de lokale dieren in het wild kunnen worden waargenomen.
Na de vulkaanwandeling kunt u ontspannen in het thermale mineraalwater van Paradise Hot Springs, waar u kunt genieten van een ontspannende tijd omringd door prachtige tuinen met tropische vegetatie. Na het bezoek aan Paradise Hot Springs wordt u teruggebracht naar het Jaco-gebied en wordt het diner onderweg geserveerd.

Afzetten in de Arenal-La Fortuna centraal gelegen hotels zijn beschikbaar. Houd er rekening mee dat als u voor deze optie kiest, het diner niet bij uw tour is inbegrepen, omdat het op de terugweg in een restaurant wordt gedaan. Er is ook een toeslag voor drop-offs met bagage, maar in het geval van deze tour is dit niet van toepassing omdat de kosten van het diner de drop-off kosten dekken. Als u van deze optie gebruik wilt maken, dient u dit bij boeking aan ons door te geven.

If you’re thinking of driving yourself to these things, just don’t. Let Alex take you on a comfy and safe trip (he knows the shortcuts and gets the great parking spots-you don’t)! He is also magical with children, and there were times where the 6 kids in our group were just up front hiking with him at the volcano, learning about flora and fauna in a fun way. This is a great way to hit three major attractions in one very full day. Start with your swimsuit and coverup on, because the waterfall is first. Towels are a must, raincoats less so. The food is great. Book it now!
Alex was amazing. He was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Our family was able to pack in Fortuna volcano, waterfall and the amazing hot springs in one day. We even stopped at a lovely shop on the way in and had a beautiful backdrop for photos. Absolutely beautiful day and couldn’t have asked for a better guide!
