Manager and driver were very rude and uncooperative. The driver refused to drop us at our hotel and abandoned us at a place we did not know at night
Best experience ever!! We traveled with our infant and the guide person was always super friendly with her and even able to calm her down when she was crying.
Our trip into the desert was amazing! The guide was so knowledgeable and taught us throughout. Our drive through the desert was incredible. The falcon demonstration was also fascinating. Then the dinner experience-wow! We learned about the Bedouins, tasted coffee, dates, and bread, rode a camel, got henna tattoos, watched a traditional dance performance, smoked hookahs, and enjoyed a delicious traditional meal. Well worth the cost!
Disappointed, rude Tour tour guide. Experience so nice if you have a proper tour guide. He said nothing to us was in a hurry all the way . Never responded to questions. It was just disappointing.
We had an amazing time from the moment we were picked up at our hotel as our guide and driver for the day, Sulaiman, was entertaining and very knowledgeable. After an exciting camel ride into the desert, we were picked up for some dune bashing in ‘our’ Hummer SUV :) It was an excellent experience – I thought is it was a fun, but wild and bumpy ride (but I didn’t feel unsafe at any time as Sulaiman was a very experienced driver) – my husband and two boys (aged 7 and 9) absolutely LOVED IT! The desert camp was interesting and while enjoying the local Arabian food there were authentic entertainment showing a flavour of the Arab world, including an impressive belly dancer and fire show. There was also time for some sand boarding – the equipment needs an upgrade – but the boys have some great fun :) We can definitely recommend Dubai Private Tour with a special thanks to Sulaiman for making this an amazing experience!

Terrible communication. Had to chase company to find out if we were being picked up. Barely spoke a word to us. Sand dune ride the only upside. Dinner was quite nice but hawkers descend on you the minute you get out of the vehicle. Look elswhere for a similar experience.
We had an amazing time on the Desert Safari Tour. Our guide, Ali, was great fun and a very skillful driver and photographer! The sand dune experience was exhilarating and the sand boarding was great fun! The visit to the Bedouin Campsite was interesting and the food was amazing. Would definitely recommend this tour.
