Aquila Private Game Reserve ligt op slechts 2 uur rijden van Kaapstad en is een malariavrij reservaat met de Big 5 dieren namelijk Lions; luipaarden; Rhinos; Buffels en olifanten. Aquila biedt bezoekers een unieke ervaring om niet alleen de Big 5-dieren te zien, maar ook de Giraffen en antilopen. De Aquila Sunset Safari biedt bezoekers de mogelijkheid om de dieren tot leven te zien komen na een lange dag koesteren in de Afrikaanse zon terwijl ze zich een weg banen naar water en interactie met elkaar aangaan.

Aankomst uiterlijk 15.00 uur in Aquila Private Game Reserve voor uw Sunset Safari Game Drive met toevallige ontmoetingen met de Big 5-dieren, namelijk leeuwen, luipaarden, neushoorns, olifanten en buffels. Mogelijk spot u ook giraffen en antilopen. (Houd er rekening mee dat het Aquila Game Reserve op ongeveer 2 uur rijden van Kaapstad ligt.) Bij aankomst om 15.00 uur ontvangt u bij de ingang een welkomstdrankje. Er is een selectie gratis thee, koffie en snacks beschikbaar voordat u zich aansluit bij een gedeelde open 4x4 Safari Game Truck en op pad gaat voor een spannende safari-gamedrive van 2 tot 3 uur. De gamedrive bij zonsondergang biedt u een unieke kans om de vrij rondlopende dieren tot leven te zien komen in de bush na een lange dag onder de hete Afrikaanse zon. Alle gamedrives worden geleid door een ervaren game ranger die gedurende de safari verhalen over de dieren en hun omgeving zal delen. Bij terugkomst van uw safari gamedrive bent u van harte welkom om te genieten van een cocktail voordat u terugkeert naar Kaapstad.

Exceptional Safari tour, everything and beyond what we were expecting. Jeff was very informative, articulate, and kept us entertained. Excellent guide. He made sure that we were comfortable and relaxed. Once we got to the park, we had an amazing lunch, very flavorful and delicious. The tour guide in the 4 wheeler was very knowledgeable and kind.

Gift was an excellent driver/guide to get us to our Aquila game reserve safari from our cruise ship port in Cape Town! He was patient and kind with our questions and helped us to get settled in as we planned to spend the night at Aquila! Would recommend this experience for anyone who wants to get a safari experience without traveling more than a few hours from Cape Town! As long as you know this is a game reserve and not a “real” safari , you will not be disappointed! Definitely recommend spending one night at Aquila to get a full experience.
